Tutiri is a light filled, self contained studio set in a quiet, leafy pocket close to Oneroa Village. Simple, modern, and easy to use, it offers a calm base for couples who want to be close to beaches, cafés, and the passenger ferry while enjoying privacy and a peaceful setting.



The Space:

Tutiri is a generous, thoughtfully furnished studio with everything needed for a smooth, restful stay. Large windows bring in natural light and greenery, while the open layout keeps the space calm and welcoming.



The queen bed sits alongside a comfortable seating area with a flat screen TV, making it easy to unwind after a day at the beach or exploring the island. The kitchenette is well set up for light meals and includes a fridge, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, and full crockery, which works well for breakfasts and easy evenings in.



Glass doors open to a sheltered outdoor patio with seating, surrounded by native planting. This creates a private outdoor spot for morning coffee or a quiet drink in the afternoon.



The studio’s location places you within easy walking distance of Oneroa Beach, village cafés, shops, and the ferry, while remaining tucked away from the busier parts of the village.

Oneroa Beach and Little Oneroa Beach are both within easy walking distance and are popular for swimming, coastal walks, and relaxed afternoons by the water.



Nearby dining options range from casual cafés to well regarded restaurants, and the area is well placed for accessing walking tracks and seasonal sculpture trails. Wineries such as Mudbrick and Cable Bay are a short drive away, offering dining with wide views across the harbour, while The Heke Brewery is also easily reached for casual meals and drinks.



Oneroa’s central position makes it an ideal base for exploring further afield while keeping day to day conveniences close at hand.



Getting Around:

The studio is well located for guests travelling without a car. Local buses run from Oneroa through to Onetangi, stopping near Mudbrick, Cable Bay, Stonyridge, Tantalus, and The Heke Brewery, before continuing to the passenger ferry terminal at Matiatia.



Taxis and shuttle services are available on the island but can be limited during peak periods. Parking is available at the property for guests who choose to bring a car.



Other Things to Note:

This property is not suitable for children.



Rainwater tanks supply the studio, please conserve water.



Minimum stays:

5 nights mid December–early January

3 nights on holiday weekends

2 nights all other times



Interaction with Guests:

Our team is available seven days a week from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
