Only 5 minutes’ drive to town or ride/walk on the purpose built cycle lane and walk way that takes you into the city or carry on down the bay for an adventure.

This self-contained Studio room is a separate dwelling that has been built below a 1940's art deco house so it comes with great characteristics, privacy and your own deck with nice outdoor table to relax and soak the all-day sun and views, this is really a unique location.

The owner also owns a Bike Hire business, each person booking accommodation is entitled to 20% Discount code

The studio room has a king size bed, dining table and bathroom (shower/toilet).

There is a fold out bed available for a child or an extra guest, this would be laid out on the floor.
