Recently renovated, 2 bedroom comfortable home, located in Roslyn Village. Warm and sunny with heatpump and a west facing outlook the house comfortably sleeps 5 people with a queen room and bunk room (with 1 x double bunk bed and 1 x single bunk bed).
We have an additional fold out bed and a Port-a-cot available on request. If you have more than 5 people or an infant please let us know in advance (extra costs apply). There is a full kitchen, open plan living, separate laundry and bathroom (please note the bathroom is an older style but the shower has great water pressure). The location is superb and within a 2 minute walk there is Supermarket, chemist, 2 coffee shops, bar, Restaurants and takeaways including pizza, fish and chips, Chinese, Indian, Japanese. There is off street parking at the door for 1 vehicle and Bus stops to/from CBD are very close. Also the location is just a 2 minute drive Mercy Hospital and Moana Pool.
