With north and south facing decks and lawned areas it offers plenty of outdoor space, perfect for families or groups wanting to get away. An outdoor dining area and BBQ are available. Perfect for alfresco dining.
Hatepe settlement is unique in every way, being made up of a small number of original fishing baches nestled amongst native bush around the shores of Lake Taupo's beautiful Hatepe Bay at the mouth of the Hinemaiaia River. It offers its own boat ramp (for residents and Hatepe visitors exclusively) and a community tennis court (charges apply)t. Being 15 minutes from Taupo and Turangi townships offering four golf courses and thermal pools and One hour from Mt Ruapehu's skifields. Hatepe is the ultimate year round getaway.
The house is well insulated with an open fire and wetback to supplement hot water heating. It sleeps six.
A full cleaning and linen service is provided. A new washer and drier are available for your use.

Pets allowed with prior approval. There is a fully fenced rear section and dog kennel. Please, no dogs inside.
December and January is a minimum stay of 4 nights.
