The Villa des Pinchiniers, is located in a private domain located in Hyères-Carqueiranne, a few minutes from the beach of Almanarre.

The 180° sea view facing the peninsula of Giens and the island of Porquerolles is exceptional.
The infinity pool is heated from May to the end of September to an ideal temperature.
All the rooms of the house have a panoramic sea view
The house is newly equipped, and can accommodate up to 10/12 people.

The first floor part is fully air-conditioned with living room, dining room, very spacious kitchen, laundry room, guest toilet.
equipped with an American fridge with fresh water and ice cube dispenser, large width pyrolysis oven, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso...

For music, we installed a Bose system with ceiling speakers,
2 flat screen TVs (1 in the living room, 1 in one of the bedrooms upstairs)

The master bedroom, on the first floor, has its own bathroom (shower facing the sea) and separate toilet.

Upstairs, 4 bedrooms, all sea views and air-conditioned. Each room has an open shower area, sink and closed toilet.

The south-facing teak terrace has, under a wooden pergolas, a large outdoor table that can accommodate 14 people.
An outdoor kitchen in the shade of a pergola is equipped with a gas plancha, BBQ and sink.

By the pool, enjoy the garden lounge area, sunbeds and deckchairs.
An outdoor shower is available for those returning from the beach.

Everything is provided - Bed linen, linen, beach towels, cleaning is provided 1 time a week and included in the rental price.

Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed inside.
Evenings are not allowed, as the estate is very quiet. We thank you for your understanding.
