The property was clean and met our needs perfectly. It took a minute to get check-in organized due to difficulty with logging into the system to get a QR code (required to get in/out of the property). But, staff was responsive and it all worked out. We enjoyed the pool attached to our unit and the property pool/amenities. We had a great time!

We really enjoyed our stay. The arrangement of the bedrooms / bathrooms was spot on, and all were very clean and comfortable, as was the kitchen area and the private swimming pool. Our family members who had the opportunity to visit the resort area on the property were very impressed with the set up and amenities of the water park.

This is an amazing property. It is absolutely beautiful and I most assuredly will be booking again. The host is amazing, I promise you that you will be taken care of promptly if you need anything. This team was the best. The home is beautifully decorated, clean, spacious, well stocked and the beautiful lanai and pool area is awesome too. Oh, and the game area was a huge hit as well. Slept well and felt safe. Everyone was impressed with everything about this home including our caterers. Wish we had booked for several days. Thank you Rashika for your patience and your kindness, you were awesome. Salute to the team for coming to help with the door. Already planning the next stay either at this place which I love dearly or another one of your properties. I love the elegant features through out this home. Be in touch again soon. Thanks for everything.

This is a fantastic location, and the house was clean, spacious, and comfortably accommodated everyone, with extra rooms to spare. Although a few items listed weren’t initially available, the owner responded right away and promptly had everything delivered to the doorstep. The communication was exceptional and truly made a difference in our stay. Windsor Cay stands out as a highlight, thanks to its resort-like atmosphere. We would definitely consider booking here again in the future.

Our stay was absolutely amazing! The Rental was exactly as pictures but even better in person. The home is beautiful, clean and have everything we need. We especially appreciate it. The WELL stock kitchen with thoughtful extras, like a ninja blender, crockpot, and large cooking pans which made meals so easy ,if I had one small suggestion, it would be to add a few more pots and pans or replace the current frying pans as they tend to stick. It wasn’t a big issue though we made it work out without any problems. The check-in process was simple and it was easy to access the house and use of the gate throughout our stay . The community pool area was very nice and the private pool at the house was wonderful as well. We truly have no complaints. We had such a great experience that will definitely be looking to come back and stay at the same property again! highly recommend !

Host was really helpful. Had a few minor situations that we had questions about and was able to message, text, and even call host. His response to text questions was fairly quick which was greatly appreciated. The venue was practically new and very clean. Price was fair. Had 8 adult males (golf trip) and 8 bedrooms so each had his own room. Everyone was satisfied with their stay and would stay again.
