• 2 (Annex/Study): Single bed (Convertible bed that stows away as a desk).

• Shower, Toilet & Vanity. This is a compact, but beautifully presented with full tiling & frameless glass enclosure with quality fittings.

• A combo washer-dryer is fitted below the sink in the kitchen area along with a drying-rack that can be used on the balcony.

• Walters Bluff offers view & sun-blessed living with immediate access to the riding & cycling trails that surround the central city! Walk down the hill to Founders Park & Founders Cafe, Miyazu Gardens & the well known Sprig & Fern pub. • • The Nelson city centre is less than a 5min. drive away. The beach less than 10min. drive.



⭐️ Inclusions

• Aqua Heights will be presented with the studio King bed prepared for your stay. If the stowaway bed is required, please request this in advance and bedding will be supplied.

• All utilities, linens & towels, use of property amenities including WiFi, pantry & sanitary basics, departure linen service & standard housekeeping up to 1 hour will be included in your booking.

• Extra charges will apply where additional cleaning or excessive rubbish disposal is required.

• The home above may be owner-occupied, however, the apartment offers excellent privacy for your stay.

• Parking - The parking area is shared.

• Steps/Stairs - The apartment is single level, but access from the shared parking area to the apartment is via steps.

• Security cameras - For security, the balcony and driveway areas are monitored by camera.



⭐️ Check-in is possible anytime after 2pm.

• Early check-in (12pm/noon and in some cases earlier) can usually be offered for an additional charge. Please request this at the time of booking or at least 24 hours prior to your arrival.
