Wonderful stay

We greatly enjoyed our week in this beautiful home. We were able to check in a few hours early on our first day, and found the property to be perfectly clean upon arrival. There was plenty of space for our group of 10 (5 adults, 5 children), and we loved all the beautiful screened porches. The location was perfect, as well!

Family Vacation

We loved our stay at this house in watercolor. We had 3 families total with my parents, my wife and I with 2 teenagers, and my cousin with his 2 kids under 10. Plenty of space for everyone with room for another cousin or two that could have joined us. Having a separate upstairs living room area was great for the kids so adults could have a space downstairs. Super close walk to everything in seaside for food and shops. ~8-10 min walk to the beach club. We rented a golf cart for the week and had a blast getting to all the places. Warning though, if you want a golf cart, watercolor forces you to rent from only one place in town that was ~$200 a day. Then parking is ~$25 a day around the beach club. (New in 2024) The trolley is close by the house and that could definitely be used easily too to get to the beach when you have your hands full of stuff. We would come back for sure!

Reviewer Comments: My husband as and I hosted a multi-family, multi- generational ten day vacation at this wonderful property, and this house was the perfect choice. When looking for a vacation home, a downstairs master was top on the list. Check. 4 secondary bedrooms, all separate from the primary. Check check.Multiple gathering areas. Check check check. What was not on my list, but turned out to be the most appreciated appliance, was an ice machine! Woohoo! And two large dining tables, one inside and one on the screened-in, fan cooled porch. Needless to say, our group ate all meals on the porch. I could go on and on about the house, but you need to see for yourself. Amazing, as was Beach Habitats 30A. The management company responded to my inquiries in minutes,if not seconds,and solved the wear and tear house maintenance issues without interfering with my vacation. When planning my "30Yay" vacation next year, I will definitely contact Beach Habitats 30A about this lovely Watercolor property at 860 Western Lake Drive, located close to the Seaside amphitheater.

Reviewer Comments: We took our 4 children and our 4 parents to this beautiful house for a family beach vacation and loved staying in this house more than any other house on 30A. It lives like a family home with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate our large group. The Watercolor resort beach and pool(s) situations are trickyā€”lots of people during peak season, so we spent much more time in the house than usual beach trips. This house made our vacation! It was the perfect spot to retreat and spend time together! The decor was so well done, beds were very comfortable for all (even the bed linens were greatā€”and we bring our own, just in case, but never used them!) Everything was well kept and thought of. The ice machine was just the right addition! Our favorite spots were the downstairs couch area with a giant coffee table for family games at night, the bed swing porch upstairs, and the large dining table to fit our whole familyā€”just like home! Also, SUPER close to Seaside shoppingā€”totally walkable for the grandparents in the group!

Reviewer Comments: For the 4th year in a row my extended family and I have received stellar service from Beach Habitats 30A.860 WLD, as we like to call it, offers all the conveniences of home...and then some! We love the two second floor screened in porches where one can experience a little quiet time, and the two first floor screened in porches, used for family dinners and game time at night, and a place for the "old folks" to enjoy coffee and escape morning cartoons. While staying here you are able to enjoy all that Watercolor has to offer via the trolley system AND the property was an easy walk - no car needed - to the Seaside town square.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was perfect! We were in Watercolor, but we were located right at the walk through to Seaside. The food Trucks, and restaurants were less than a 5 minute walk from the house. The Porch was the best room for the evenings. The week we went, there was a little chill in the evenings. Being able to watch the NCAA tournament games with a fire in the fire place was special. The house was also clean, with great cooking appliances. So we were able to make most of our dinners for the kids at the house.We had a few kids that lost their bracelets, and that process is somewhat of a hassle. This has nothing to do with Beach Habitats 30A people. But to get replacements you have to take pictures of everyone's bracelets. Getting everyone in the house for us only happens in the morning.Beach30A was very accomidating. Their wasn't a guest the week before, so we got a few extra houses to grocery shop, get the golf cart etc. This made Easter Sunday much more relaxing. I would absolutely use Beach Habitats 30A again, and I would rent this home again!

I vacation in Watercolor and Rosemary many times a year with grandchildren and friends in tow. The house was beautiful and comfortable. I was even tempted to ask sourcing of rugs and bedding. Outside porches for privacy or combined space for groups. Location close to Seaside was perfect for easy access for morning coffee, drinks and ice cream. Management was very helpful and responsive. I cooked for a crowd every night and always had the utensils I needed. This was a great find for us.

Seaside vacation

Great property, we've stayed at 4 now over last 5 summers (less Covid year) and this is at the top. Spacious house, tons of outdoor sitting space, great bedroom spread and bathrooms. The upstairs is huge, lots of room and privacy in each room. Lots of sitting and gathering space inside upstairs and down. Of all the outdoor spaces, we used the downstairs screened in porch the most - right off kitchen and den. As to access to beach, to go to town/restaurants/beach, you walk out the backdoor, the cut through is less than 50 steps to the right, and in 2 minutes you are at beach and restaurants/shopping. As for beach each day, we chose to drive less than 2 minutes and park, always found parking, and used the beach club access where the pool was. The house provided us waterproof bands for the week and we used those every day to access. Very convenient, you could walk from house but if taking a lot of stuff (coolers/boogie boards), golf cart or car is better simply for logistics. Never used the bikes, but they are there if you want them. Owner was responsive to the few things we needed. Otherwise, great place to stay, we'll probably hunt this one down for next year if it's available.

Fabulous stay!

By far one of the best houses weā€™ve ever rented in 25 years of visiting this area for summer vacation. The location was ideal, just a short walk in to Seaside for meals out with all the amenities of Watercolor. Our extended family of 12 will definitely be back!

Beautiful, well appointed home in convenient location

Our family enjoyed a week in this lovely home. The property managers were wonderful to work with. It was so nice to have bikes that we could ride to camp Watercolor or just for fun. It was a short walk to Seaside and an easy walk to the Watercolor resort. Guests in this home are provided wristbands to gain admission to Camp Watercolor and the Resort. The only reason I didn't give 5 Stars for accuracy of the listing was that some of the pictures of the outside were inaccurate. Also, a hot tub was listed as an amenity but there was no hot tub that we could find at either Camp Watercolor or the resort.

Gorgeous!

Absolutely beautiful! The house was perfect for what we wanted. Got so much use out of the screened in area off the kitchen! Perfect distance from Watercolor and 30A walking. Golf cart a must, we all enjoyed it. Weather was awesome all week. Talking about booking our next stay, just not during fall break. Too many unsupervised kids.

Wonderful in Watercolor!

The home is beautiful - beautifully decorated, quiet, and well maintained. The location is close to both Seaside and Watercolor amenities, which is really convenient as we attended a Seaside wedding during our stay. Several light bulbs were out in one of the bathrooms (makeup had to be done elsewhere), and the fridge didnā€™t get really cold, but other than those minor inconveniences, everything else was terrific. Reported both to the management company and they said bulbs had to be ordered and sent someone over to look at the fridge. .

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time but there were a few cleaning problems. kitchen sink was dirty in the corners, the downstairs shower in the bedroom had mildew. there were lights upstairs in the ceiling without covers. Food was left on the downstairs porch

Perfect beachhome!

This house was everything and MORE. Extremely clean and comfortable in every way. Highly recommend this for large families who want total comfort and space.

Perfect location

Had a fabulous time! Perfect location right near the footpath btwn Watercolor & Seaside! Great space to take a group! Only suggestions-needs a full size ironing board in the house & make sure the sleeper sofa has sheets on it.

Perfect in every way!

We enjoyed our time in the home as much or more than our time at the beach! Beautifully decorated, comfortable beds and plenty of areas to relax and visit with one another. Location central to Seaside/Watercolor/Publix. Youā€™re 5-10 minutes from everything. The grill was easy to use, and top notch kitchen made cooking and eating in very simple. Mgmt company very courteous and helpful when needed. Hope to be back soon!
