The apartment is on the 2nd floor (access via stairs or elevator) and includes 1 bathroom with a bathtub, a separate toilet, and a sleeping area with bunk beds (ideal for 2 children), one fully equipped open-concept kitchen (electric coffee maker and espresso machine, stone grill, raclette grill, crepe maker, kettle, microwave, and two electric burners), a living room with a sofa bed (brand new) and a bench seat, and a flat-screen TV with digital terrestrial channels.
