The Kerikeri inlet is at the bottom of the garden, views across the inlet and out into the bay of islands.
Our fantastic place is just 50 meters from a small boat ramp, nearby the reserve and tennis court.
located just about 10 minutes from Kerikeri township and even less to Doves bay marina.
Great place to center while you explore all northland has to offer, or just kick back and relax.
Our place is loverly and quiet especially at night, no streetlights here.
Special conditions:
Property has water as a boundary please be aware of this when booking with children.
Please just tidy and do your dishes before you leave and make sure you have your chargers ect.
Guests are welcome to use pool attached to John and Caroles residence.

Beautiful place

Beautiful spot near KeriKeri

Just a beautiful place to stay to explore this area of the north island. Lovely apartment with a patio meant for watching the sunrise and enjoying the sunshine.

Lovely views

We had a great time at this property. It had wonderful views of the water and was well kitted out. Short drive out Kerikeri but still close to do all the activities there.

Family Break

We really enjoyed our stay, really nice spot away from the township on the inlet. We used it as a base for exploring the Northland.Property is great, with everything you need. The whole process worked really well, the kids really enjoyed the access to the pool.Would definitely stay again, thanks very much

Don't hesitate to stay here

We loved our stay in Kerikeri Inlet. Such a beautiful location, with friendly and kind hosts. The unit had everything you could ever need including a fantastic kitchen. Lots to see in the area and we used it as a base to explore. Room for kids to run around and the pool was a real hit after long days being tourists!

Super quiet with lovely views

It was well worth the extra 15mins drive from Kerikeri to stay at John and Carole's place. Lovely and quiet, great views of the inlet and had everything we needed. A short walk to the nearby wharf meant we could watch the sunset too. The swimming pool was a welcome relief on these hot summer days. Would recommend.

Beautiful and quiet

Beautiful property, excellent hosts, superb location on KeriKeri inlet in a quiet neighbourhood. A well equipped home with comfortable beds. The hosts responded quickly to emails and dealt with a minor issue immediately. Good, reliable wifi. Would highly reccommend.

We had a wonderful week staying at John and Carole’s property and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment we arrived, they were incredibly lovely, warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home.The property itself was perfect for our stay and had absolutely everything we needed. It was comfortable, well set up, and thoughtfully equipped, which made it easy to relax and enjoy our time there. The views were truly spectacular and something we looked forward to every day.One of the highlights was how peaceful the location was. Being slightly out of town meant it was quiet and relaxing, yet it was still close enough to easily access all the local tourist attractions. It felt like the best of both worlds.John and Carole went above and beyond as hosts, even inviting us upstairs for New Year’s Eve drinks, which was such a thoughtful and generous touch and made our stay feel extra special.Thank you both for such a memorable stay. We would absolutely recommend this property to anyone and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

Loved it!

We loved our stay! Both John and Carole were lovely hosts and very helpful! The accommodation was spotless and spacious with a good-sized kitchen and everything you need, including extras. There is a lot to do without going too far; we loved the Kerikeri golf courses and getting out in our boat, catching some good-sized snappers and cruising around the beautiful islands. There are several excellent boat ramps in the area also, so it is easy to launch your boat. We will be back!

A homely space to return to

The apartment had everything we needed to make our stay feel like being at home . We did all our meals in and the kitchen was fully equipped for our needs . The little extras left for us were a lovely treat . The hosts were warm and welcoming.

Good Location

Excellent views, five minute walk to local beach and children’s play area. Car needed to get to town and other amenities. Good quality linen and equipment. Host’s outdoor areas overlook apartment’s outdoor seating so privacy may be a problem for some renters.

What a view!

Fabulous location at water's edge of Kerikeri inlet. My husband had great success fishing off the wharf just 50m away. King bed very comfortable. Well-equipped kitchen. Free wifi was a bonus, as was Netflix & Amazon Prime. John & Carol were very hospitable. We had a lovely week there.

A slice of peaceful waterfront paradise.

What a great spot! Well appointed kitchen and great space for a family of up to 4. The grill was also really nice to have! While for some being a short drive out of KeriKeri (11min) might not appeal we really enjoyed being on this quiet piece of waterfront property. It was the perfect spot to start our NZ holiday away from the big city crush. Huge thanks to John and Carole, such excellent hosts!

Ideal location

A typical NZ bach on waterfront setting. Sits underneath the owners property. Quiet setting with beautiful views. Ideal for sitting out with a drink & watching the boats going & down the inlet. Ideal location for KeriKeri, Paihia & Russel. Accommodation is clean & tidy with everything you need. Owners very helpful, and respect your privacy. However happy to help and guide you too.

The hosts were very welcoming, friendly and checked on us during our stay to make sure we were ok. The unit had everything we needed for the 3 nights we were there and it had a nice view of the water. The only thing that could be improved was a musty smell which did affect us as we are asthmatic. Perhaps more airing or a dehumidifier would help. Besides this the unit had everything we needed and the owners were very friendly and kind and i hope they are not offended but if someone stayed with asthma and allergies i think its important to know. Thank you for being very welcoming hosts.
