Beach House with Amazing Views

A 15 minute picturesque drive from Whangarei City takes you to this beautiful location. The large glass doors open on to the huge entertaining deck which has stunning views of Parua Bay; and with the water so close! ( it only takes 2 minutes walk across the reserve to the swimming beach).

The house has a big kitchen, and open plan living area which accommodates a group with comfort. 50 Inch Smart TV with Sky, WiFi. For heating there is a woodburner in the lounge and wood provided in box just outside the door. There are three double bedrooms, and comfortable couches in the lounge. The third bedroom is adjoined to the house, but has its own access and its own toilet. (For those who don't need this room, it is sometimes used by myself as a counselling room., with access off the driveway, not inside the gate). The laundry is a large room also adjoined to the house, and is also a drying room.

There is ample parking on the driveway.
