We are at East Tamaki Heights, located to the south-east of the Auckland CBD. Walking distance to Botany Town Center where has approximately 200 shops spread across three complexes, and includes restaurants and entertainment buildings such as cinemas, doctors' premises and a library.

Very close to Barry Curtis Park at 94 hectares, one of New Zealand's largest parks, and is under development. Also there has a landmark, Fo Guang Shan Temple which was the largest Buddhist temple in New Zealand.

The indoor area of 210 square meters, 4 bedroom, with open kitchen and over 100 square meters of back garden and grass, the room is fully equipped with refrigerator, gas stove, oven, microwave, kettle, washing machine and living equipment Appliances, 55 inch smart digital TV and wireless WIFI (unlimited). We have dedicated parking space.

We do on site check in to make the most convenient for our guests.

We do the entire home clean and change bedding sets after each group of guests check out.
