Welcome to our newly remodeled 4 bedroom 2.5 bath home in Bolton Landing! Open floor plan with a beautiful view of lake George, our home sits perched above the town of Bolton Landing which means you are 2 minutes to The Sagamore, restaurants, shopping, marinas and beaches!! Enjoy and relax after a day on the water, there is a large deck for entertaining, including seating for 12 new Grill, fire pit table, Rocking chairs and more! Kitchen has new stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped! As well as seating for 9 living area has ample seating for gathering around the stone fireplace and looking at the view! Bedroom1 - loft has a king, bedroom 2- Queen, bedroom 3- Queen bedroom 4- 1 Queen and 2 twins. Basement has large plush Queen futon. 3 New bathrooms, New beautiful flooring and doors!

Beautiful Home on Bolton Landing

This is a lovely property with a million dollar view and huge deck. The house is decorated tastefully and the home was immaculate when we arrived. It is close to the town of Bolton Landing and about a 15 minute drive to the Village of Lake George. We had a wonderful time and I would highly recommend this property.

Amazing house and location. We were able to be in town in about 4 minutes by car. Excellent restaurants and shops in the area. We especially loved Tavern on the Lake just a few minutes away. We rented a boat at Chic’s Marina for 2 days, and loved every second. After the long days on the boat, the house was a perfect retreat. It was cozy and spacious. There were 9 of us, and there was more than enough room. The beds were so comfortable. There were so many tvs too so people could retreat to an area and be on their own for a while. The deck and lake view were perfect. I highly recommend this location for a long weekend or even longer on Lake George.

Was a beautiful house and location! Only problem I had was getting the combination to get into the house! Thought it would be easy but took almost a half hour getting into the house

Charming house in lovely area

We had a lovely time at this house in Bolton Landing. The porch with views of the lake is spectacular. Enjoyed many meals outside looking out onto the lake. The house was wonderful- very charming, light and airy, and the location couldn’t be better. The public beaches and the local dining spots are about a mile away. Close to some great hiking as well. Would definitely come back!

Beautiful home!

The communication with the owner was great. The home is beautiful and clean. The views are perfect, even in the winter. The home was as described. The bathrooms are all updated. The kitchen is not updated but it is clean and sufficed. It housed all of the necessary amenities you’d need although we did not cook much while we were there. Two bedrooms in the basement plus a sitting area, which was great for the kids. Main floor had kitchen, bathroom and two sitting areas. Upstairs had a bedroom and a loft room plus a bathroom. My suggestion is to add remote controlled blinds for the top part of the windows so they can easily be put up so you have the beautiful view but can be put down so the sleeping in that room is better. It is a well-decorated, well-organized home in a lovely area. I hope to return in the future!

Family reunion

We had a wonderful family reunion at this beautiful property! The house was very clean, and had absolutely everything you might need- especially the kitchen. We had a minor issue with the power cord to one of the televisions, and it was fixed in no time. The location is lovely, with a gorgeous view of the lake. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay again.

FAMILY REUNION ` at last !!!

This house is actually larger than it appears !!! Four families joined. One couple camping on Turtle Island but joining for dinner. Renovations are NEW, BEAUTIFUL, and IMMACULATE...need I say more... Minutes from everything downtown. Kids and grandkids loved the hiking. Already talking about next year... .

Winter Wonderland

We had a great COVID friendly winter family vacation at this very clean, beautifully decorated home. The house overlooks Lake George as pictured in the post, and the view is even more beautiful in the winter, with less leaves blocking your view of the water and mountains. We went skiing and tubing at the small but very friendly West Mountain(around 30 minutes away), visited Ausable Chasm (around 1 hr 15 minutes away) and got in some lovely winter hikes. We made good use of the fire place and the well equipped kitchen. The house has wonderful light, so if you are planning on sleeping in the loft, bring a sleeping mask. Thank you, Christine, for being a great host and answering all our questions.

Bolton Landing Lake House

This is a beautiful lake home! The house was impeccably clean and it was the perfect retreat to relax, spend time with family and re-energize. The porch overlooks Lake George and was a serene back drop while enjoying coffee in the morning or cocktails in the afternoon. Easily accessible to Bolton Landing which has lovely shops and quaint restaurants. The owners provided great instructions and information to make our stay enjoyable! I would highly recommend this property.

Lakeview luxury

We had a great stay and everything was as good as described if not better. Contact with the host was easy not that we needed it often because everything was thought of and taken care of ahead of time. Views were amazing and the house was clean and well cared for. Can’t wait to go again next year!

Family Vacation to Lake George

From the moment of booking, Christine was quick to respond and answer all of our questions. We were blown away with the aesthetic look of the home; open concept and beautifully decorated. There was plenty of space for all six of us with room to spare. In addition to the charming inside, the outside deck was perfect as well. There is a fire pit & table in chairs for afternoons to just hang out. We also enjoyed staying in Bolton Landing which was such a cute and quaint town filled with shops and restaurants. Would highly recommend staying at this house for any vacation!
