Welcome to Fireside Lodge 407, a charming studio unit located in the heart of Sun Peaks Resort village. With incredibly easy ski-in/ski-out access, this affordable option is perfect for couples, small families, or solo travelers looking for convenience and comfort.
Allowing in lots of natural sunlight, nature's alarm clock will make sure you make the most of your holiday and you'll have a great home-away-from-home to come back to!
Your private balcony overlooks Sundance Mountain, and you'll have a phenomenal view of several ski runs including Sundance, Sunrise, and Sun Catcher - make sure to wear sunblock with that much sun!
Take advantage of the full kitchen to prepare home-cooked meals during your stay, or indulge in the luxury of being just steps away from a variety of restaurants in Sun Peaks village, offering new culinary delights each day.

Bedding, towels, basic kitchenware, soaps (dish, laundry, shampoo, etc), coffee filters and complimentary coffee pouches, and all paper products (toilet paper, paper towel, tissues) are included in rental.
Additional rules
* An online Damage Liability Agreement must be accepted before access to the property is permitted. This will be sent to your personal email 8 days prior to your arrival (personal email must be provided after your booking is accepted). This is required as our damage policy covers more things than a standard 3rd party site damage policy.
* Municipal Noise Bylaws dictate that quiet hours are between 11pm - 8am.
* Municipal Parking Bylaws dictate that no parking is allowed on the streets from October 15 - May 15. Parking is allowed on the "even" numbered side of the street during the remainder of the year.
* Guests are responsible for any fines received from the Municipality and our fees thereon for any bylaw infractions. Fines and fees are described in our online Damage Liability Agreement.
* Large adult group bookings may require additional damage deposits. A booking will only be accepted once you confirm your acknowledgement and acceptance of the listed conditions provided to you.
* Property is strictly non-pet friendly and non-smoking (tobacco, nicotine, marijuana, vaping, etc.). Evidence of either will incur penalties.
