Holiday Apartment Dornauer- Arrive & Relax

It was our desire to create a holiday apartment for our guests that is cosy and modern. Your vacations in the Zillertal, far removed from everyday life, are ready to begin!

Fully equipped eat-in kitchen with flat screen TV (106 cm diagonally), 1 bathroom with shower/toilet, 1 bathroom with shower/toilet, 1 bedroom with three beds, 1 smaller double bedroom, eat-in kitchen with flat screen TV. Large, sunny balcony (equipped with wicker furniture in the summer), ski room with ski boot dryer, ski bus stop for the line going to the top ski areas Hochzillertal and Zillertal Arena, across the street, steam sauna in house, outside window shutters, free parking next to the house, on request, for up to 11 people.

If you wish, we can provide fresh breakfast rolls Monday through Friday.

Suitable for people suffering from allergies (only PVC and tiled floors). Non-smoking house. No pets.

New! Wi-Fi internet in the apartment (for small fee.)


During summer: Our house is perfect for hiking and any kind of sports activities. There is a great lake for swimming and bathing nearby, reached by a comfortable 10-15 minute walk. Well kept hiking trails invite you to explore the wonderful nature of the Zillertal. Whether you are walking along the Ziller promenade, hiking to a mountain lodge in one of the wild and romantic side valleys, or participating in a hiking tour to one of the imposing 3k mountains, there is something for everyone. You will be blown away!

Families are very welcome!

Modern, schoon, warm en compleet ingericht appartement. Aardige en hartelijke gastvrouw en -heer. Binnen 10 minuten ben je met eigen vervoer bij de skilift.

Warren bereits schon einige Male im Apart Dornauer, heuer ein Spontan Trip.. wieder alles Top, kurzfristig alles unkompliziert abgewickelt, die Wohnung lässt keine Wünsche offen, alles sehr sauber und praktisch & modern... ideal für 2 Familien, wir waren wieder sehr zufrieden, die Vermieter zuvorkommend und freundlich.. zu empfehlen, bis nächstes Jahr, wir haben schon gebucht!

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Wir haben eine superschöne Skiwoche bei Familie Dornauer verbracht. Das Haus und die Wohnung sind sehr schön und modern eingerichtet und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Skigebiete sind mit dem Skibus in wenigen Minuten problemlos erreichbar. Wir haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt.

Wieder Top!

Wir waren mit Familie und Freunden bei Familie Dornauer bereits schon zum. 2. Mal. Die Ferienwohnung ist geräumig, neu eingerichtet und uns fehlte es an nichts. Bestens ausgestattet, wir fühlten uns wieder richtig wohl. Idealer Ausgangspunkt, kann die Skigebiete mit dem Skibus problemlos erreichen. Auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert!

Mehrfamilienurlaub

Wir haben mit insgesamt 10 Personen (6 Erwachsene, 4 Kinder) in dieser tollen Unterkunft unseren Skiurlaub verbracht und waren super begeistert. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend, haben uns stets geholfen, wenn es Fragen gab und uns mit nütlichen Tipps unterstützt. Die Ferienwohnung ist absolut hochwertig ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Daher empfehlen wir diese Unterkunft sehr gern weiter und werden sicher noch einmal vorbei kommen. Ein kleines Manko muss aber noch genannt werden; Das beworbene W-Lan aus dem Angebotstitel ist nicht im Preis inbegriffen und die Kosten erscheinen sehr hoch.

Absolut zufrieden!

Hallo Familie Dornauer! Wir möchten auch noch eine kurze Bewertung abgeben. Die Ferienwohnung hält das, was Sie verspricht und wird von einer netten jungen Familie sehr gepflegt gehalten, modern, neu eingerichtet. Wir würden die Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Die Lage ist ruhig und doch zentral gelegen, so dass man mit dem Skibus in nur wenigen Minuten die Skigebiete erreichen kann. Gasthöfe, Pizzeria, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, ... in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in Aschau und wir kommen bestimmt wieder. Bis dahin wünschen wir Fam. Dornauer alles Gute.

Traumhafter Skiurlaub - 5 Sterne

Eine sehr schöne, moderne Ferienwohnung hat uns einen erholsamen, tollen Urlaub beschert. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Nette und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung !

Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich im oberen Stockwerk des neu renovierten Hauses. Sie ist sehr schön, liebevoll und modern eingerichtet. Alles ist sehr sauber und die eingestellten Fotos entsprechen absolut der Realität. Direkt vor dem Haus konnten wir unsere Autos abstellen. Ein geräumiger Raum zum Abstellen der Ski-Schuhe und Ausrüstung befindet sich ebenfalls direkt am Haus. Die Vermieter haben uns herzlich aufgenommen und waren bei Fragen sofort für uns da. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, Spitzenskiurlaub im Zillertal. Die Ferienwohnung ist neu, modern und gemütlich eingerichtet. Alles sehr sauber. Aschau ist eine sehr gute Lage, von da aus kann man die Skigebiete in wenigen Fahrminuten mit dem Pkw oder auch mit dem Skibus erreichen. Hilfsbereite und zuvorkommende Vermieter. Der Empfang von den Vermietern war herzlich und wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Vielen Dank nochmal, empfehlenswert!

Tolle Ferienwohnung zum Wohlfühlen

Die Wohnung ist sehr liebevoll und mit viel Geschmack eingerichtet,besonders angenehm war die Sitzecke in der Küche.Skibushaltestelle in der Nähe ,Brötchenservice klappte einwandfrei,sehr nette Gastgeber,das Zillertertal und diese Wohnung sind immer eine Reise wert freuen uns schon auf das nächste mal.Tanja,Thorsten und Thorsten

Perfekt!

Wir waren bereits zum 2. Mal im Apart Dornauer und es ist immer wieder toll, eine schöne Woche im Zillertal! Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll und liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich in einer ruhigen Lage und doch zentral gelegen, Skigebiete und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in wenigen Fahrminuten zu erreichen. Skibushaltestelle gegenüber dem Haus. Unsere Gastgeber, eine sehr nette junge Familie gaben uns einige Tipps und standen uns bei Fragen mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. W-Lan und täglicher Brötchenservice funktionierte einwandfrei. Wir kommen wieder, DANKESCHÖN!

Due settimane di vacanza presso questo appartamento grande, luminoso, fornito di ogni comfort in un'ottima e tranquilla posizione vicino a negozi e ristoranti. Worst Landlady Ever

When we read other reviews, we feel like we were not at the same place. The Landlady ruined our vacation with her behaviour, patronizing (rushed onto us once cause, for God’s sake, we did not close the entrance door), restrictive (did not allow children to touch (walking, playing on it, etc., was far off the limits) the grass in her garden). Still, this apartment is advertised as "children friendly" ?! Her "warm" welcome was consisted of pointing to the parking place and continuing to water her precious flowers (we drove app. 1000 km to come there). After few days, frowning and asking boldly: “when are you going to pay ?”. Last years in Kaprun, in Salzburger Land, Voralberg and in Kaernten (all in Austria also) we got a friendly welcome including helpful local tips&tricks. When we compare that with the welcome here, we are speechless. Else, organisation of the apartment is definitely NOT suitable for 2 families taking for granted that these 2 families would have to use 2 different bathrooms. Namely, 1 bathroom (containing shower and toilet) is integrated into 1 bedroom having the sink in the middle of that same room, so it has been very difficult to organise the family that is to use that bathroom bearing in mind that children sleep in another room. One of us never slept 40 cm from the toilet bowl but here that was the case. Hope never again. Internet connection is very bad though you pay it extra. (e.g. you can not use Skype). We had to warn the owners about garbage bags being full instead of them watching that situation due to the fact that they had 4 adults and 4 kids in our apartment plus 2 adults in other apartment. It is also to be noticed that there is no living room here cause the only area available is at the same time the kitchen and the dining room. The description of the accommodation was, however, accurate but you can really feel the things only when you experience them. It is generally clean, well maintained but the personal touch as described above, can only deny recommendation for this accommodation. The only concession, the Landlady actually made, was to allow us to leave till 10.00. a.m. instead of 9.00. a.m. This is the 1st time in our life writing a review about any accommodation but this Landlady should not be in this business. Or she had some other reasons to treat us like she treated us, we would not know about. Families Lizde & Marincic
