Please note, we have security cameras on the front entrance of the property which are used for security and insurance purposes.

All guests are required to complete a pre-arrival form and sign our rental conditions before check in details can be sent.

If you do not have any reviews on airbnb, we require a security deposit of $750.00 prior to check in details being sent. This will be paid via Stripe and released after property inspection has taken place and cleaners have finished cleaning. This security deposit will be non-refundable should there be any noise disturbances and unautorhised guests at the property due to a party. A party is any loud music and un authorised people entering the home.

The outdoor shower and outdoor sink is not park of the property. We have x2 showers inside if you need to use and the sink outside is used for our landscaper
