From the owner: "Hi Peggy, thank you for your review. We’re glad you found the place beautiful, though we’re sorry to hear that noise was an issue during your stay. We did offer the option to cancel as well as a $100 gift card to help make up for the inconvenience. Since then, we’ve also taken steps to reduce noise, including adding additional rugs and padding upstairs and speaking with the second-floor tenants about keeping noise levels down. We appreciate your feedback and hope you still had an enjoyable visit."

Only comment is the list of things wanted done on leaving. The cleaning fee of 190 should handle the cleaning.

Perfect Getaway

Oh my gosh, where to begin! This property is now one of our favorite places to stay and will definitely stay again! Spotless, perfect location, great access to beach. (felt like a private beach!) Close enough to all the Flagler beach dining and nightlife and the hosts were attentive to every question. Only suggestion we had is to add a dressing mirror to a bedroom or two where us ladies can dress for dinner or an outing. Other than that, this space was better than expected!!

Highly Recommended!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at our rental in Flagler Beach! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a relaxing trip. The view of the ocean was stunning, and we loved being just steps away from the beach. They were extremely accommodating for our dog as well. He loved the beach! The hosts were truly exceptional—friendly, welcoming, and always quick to respond if we had any questions. You can tell they genuinely care about making your stay perfect. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and are already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful, beachside escape. Thank you again for everything!

Best Beach StayvEver!!

This beach house was immaculate, beautifully decorated and so relaxing. It is directly across from the beach, a small two-lane road that you walk across. That’s not busy at all. We had the beach to ourselves. It was like having our own private beach. Beautiful views and Flagler Beach has the nicest people. The house itself had floor to ceiling windows French doors in the front that also had Floor to ceiling windows. It was so bright and everywhere you looked you saw ocean. Candy is a wonderful host and will take care of anything you need. The house is stocked fully from beach chairs to boogie boards to even creamer in the refrigerator for your coffee. We are definitely coming back next summer to stay again.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful home in Flagler Beach, Florida, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience! The home itself was absolutely beautiful, with a warm and inviting atmosphere that made me feel right at home. It’s just a short walk to the beach, which was perfect for early morning strolls or watching the sunset. The beach is full of beautiful shells, making it a fantastic spot for beachcombing. The hosts were beyond amazing—so friendly and welcoming, they really went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. They provided great recommendations for local restaurants and attractions, and made sure I was well taken care of throughout my visit.Flagler Beach itself has so much to offer, from charming shops to local eateries. The area’s restaurants and bars each have great local specials, making it easy to enjoy delicious meals and drinks while supporting local businesses.Whether you're into outdoor activities or just want to relax, there’s something for everyone. I highly recommend this BnB to anyone visiting the area. It truly exceeded my expectations in every way, and I’m already looking forward to returning!
