As you head downstairs you will find another generous entertaining space and second lounge room with bi fold windows to immerse yourself in the water views beyond. This space holds a sofa bed, kitchenette, and bathroom. The generous outdoor terrace offers a sweeping hardwood deck, BBQ and lawn area.
