The space
Sade House is a furnished two-bedroom, two-bathroom bungalow behind a private gate in Glassell Park. It is designed for stays of 30 nights or longer and works well for guests who need reliable Wi-Fi and separate places to work.

Bedroom 1 has a queen bed, a built-in wardrobe with cube storage, a fold-down wall desk and an en suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and built-in wardrobe with cube storage. The second full bathroom, with a bathtub, is next to Bedroom 2. The living room includes a separate work desk, and the Wi-Fi with 109 Mbps speed.

The full kitchen includes a stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, rice cooker, toaster, Ninja blender, electric kettle and drip coffee maker. There is also a storage and coat cupboard, wooden hangers, extra linens and bright bathroom lighting.

Guest access
Guests have the entire bungalow and private backyard, along with two assigned parking spaces next to the house behind the main gate.

The property contains five separate bungalows. Only the main gate and driveway are shared; Sade House has its own entrance and outdoor space. Self check-in is available after 4:00 p.m. General arrival information is sent within 24 hours of check-in, and the gate and door access details are sent a few hours before arrival.

CLEANING
For stays of 30 nights or longer, we recommend a professional clean every few weeks. You may use your own cleaner or ask us to arrange ours. We will agree on the timing and any cost in advance, and any host-arranged payment will be handled through Airbnb.

GARDEN AND MAINTENANCE

Outdoor maintenance may take place during the day when needed. We will let you know in advance. The team works outside only and does not enter the home. If the proposed timing is inconvenient, please message us.

QUIET HOURS
Quiet hours are 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. No parties or events.

TRASH
Guests are responsible for putting the bins out on Monday evening for early Tuesday collection and returning them on Tuesday.

PETS
One small dog may be accepted on a case-by-case basis with prior approval. Please add the dog to the reservation so Airbnb can include the $300 pet fee. Service animals and other assistance animals are handled separately under Airbnb policy and applicable law.

UTILITIES
Water, gas, electricity, Wi-Fi and trash service are included. We ask guests to use utilities responsibly.

Glassell Park is a residential neighborhood in Northeast Los Angeles near Atwater Village, Elysian Valley, Mount Washington, Eagle Rock and Glendale. A public park is across from the compound, while Sade's private backyard sits behind the home.

Getting Around
The home includes two assigned off-street parking spaces behind the gate, next to or in front of the house. Additional free street parking is available outside the compound, subject to posted signs and availability. A bus stop is a couple of blocks away, Metro Micro serves the area, and Glendale Metrolink station is about a five-minute drive. The 2, 5 and 134 freeways are nearby. Travel times vary with traffic.
