This classic Anglesea holiday home is the perfect getaway for your Anglesea stay. Comprising of 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms, with the added bonus of 2 great sized living areas giving plenty of room for all the family. Huge secure backyard keeping your pet safe and sound, with a BBQ and entertaining space that faces North making this is the ideal spot for drinks and dinner on those glorious Surf Coast days, not a bad spot for your morning coffee either! An open fireplace round out this great property in one of the most prized locations over summer in Anglesea!

***Please note that linen is not provided, there are doonas and pillows but all other linen is BYO, there is an hire option via the agency if you wish.***

***All bookings are subject to approval pending Guest verification process - Local council restrictions are in place for this property and compliance is mandatory. Failure to complete the guest verification process within 24 hours of booking may result in automatic cancellation.

***Payment Terms – (excluding Airbnb bookings) If you are booking within 30 days of arrival, the full balance will be taken immediately. If you’re booking 30+ days from arrival a 50% deposit is to be paid at time of booking and the balance will be taken approximately 1 week before your stay. Bookings made for arrivals between 20th December and 31st January, a 50% deposit will be taken at the time of booking and the balance will be taken in the 1st week of December. For any bookings made after December 1st for these dates, the full amount will be taken at the time of reservation.



Guest Access:

On the day of your arrival you will receive a text providing you with the details for check-in, including the location of the key safe and its code. You should receive this sms at approximately 9am. In order for this sms to be generated you need to ensure that you sign and return the confirmation as well as provide us with a copy of your identification.
