The location was great, more than enough space. Unit could use some refreshing and maybe more options to unpack luggage for those staying a while. We were there for 5 days and it wasn't the easiest living out of the suitcase. Maybe even a couple of luggage racks may help. Overall, good space.

Very comfortable and clean place! Easy check in and out. Pool by the room was wonderful! Only complaint was the “water park” was smaller than expected and very crowded. Probably just a popular week that we went though. Thanks for a restful week!

The condo was clean with plenty of space. The furniture was nice and functional but not the most comfortable. The grounds were well kept and beautiful. Parking was easy and there’s a Walmart and Publix very close. We didn’t get a chance to use the pool but it looked nice. Everywhere we needed to be was under a 30 minute drive, including theme parks, convention center, and the airport. A minor suggestion would be to include one or two laundry pods with the stay. I would have brought some if I knew it wasn’t included. Also, having a luggage rack in the bedrooms would have been appreciated, especially since there are no dressers. There was a large closet but only handful of hangers so nowhere to put clothes besides a small nightstand. My kids had to live out of their suitcases on the floor. Overall, the condo is nice and I would recommend staying here.

Great location & Stay

Condo was as described, loved the location and amenities. Pool walking distance was great and so was the water park. Only thing was could need new pillows , they were pretty flat. Otherwise loved it and will be back !

Clean, nice and as described

Communication could be better. Condo looked just like pictures, it is very nice but has just the bare minimum of everything. The sofa bed is a futon and not big enough for an adult to sleep on. Kitchen has all the basics but some containers for left overs would be nice. Dishwasher was broken when we arrived, we notified the property manager and they got it fixed but it wasn't till the day before we checked out and we were there for 8 days. There are two different places you can visit for swimming, with a lazy river, pool and slides. They have a shuttle that will take you or you can driver, it's right down the road from the other. This wasn't communicated and neither was the code for the pool located next to the condo. No outside food or drinks are aloud at the water parks and they both close at 9pm. All in all we still had a good time, just wish they could have fixed the dishwasher sooner and communication about the pools and water park was better.

Great property and location. We enjoyed our stay. Would have been nice if the small pool near the condo was heated like the clubhouse pool. Also, would have been nice to have a drying rack at the condo for clothes that can’t go in the dryer.

Great stay

Had a great stay here! Well equipped kitchen and the kids loved their Disney themed room! Air con was a little noisy at night and dishwasher not working when we stayed but nothing that spoiled our stay. Great location and security were really helpful.The pool was very busy when we went but the apartment itself was great. Would recommend.

Cute and clean spot easy for traveling to Disney and back

Property was clean and as described except dishwasher was broken. Only other negative was the beds and other furniture were cute but extremely uncomfortable.

Great place, well appointed

A friend and I chose this location for its proximity to Disney. It’s also close to a grocery and restaurants as well as other retail. The condo is spacious and well decorated. It had all we needed and more.

Great location, nice place!

This was a nice place to stay for a trip to Disney World. Very clean and easy to access. It was a short drive to the parks each day. The location also had a few good amenities, including several pools.

Good but a couple little things

We absolutely love Storey Lake and have stayed in different units there over the years. This one was good but there were little things that were not as great as we have had in the past at other units. The bed was extremely hard and had little divots where other people have slept and it killed our backs. We also like to book these to not have to eat out every night which the kitchen is great, but we would have liked to have been told the dishwasher wasn’t working. There was also hair in multiple places that was very obviously not ours. Plus a couple of glasses with lipstick on them. The patio furniture is falling apart as well. Besides that everything was alright. We still love this community

Bday trip to Universal Studios

Unit was exactly as described in the listing. Very clean. I would suggest purchasing new pilows, towels and supplying facial tissues. Location was excellent.

Birthday trip

This was such a great rental. Everything was as pictures in the listing. Everything was clean and we had no issues getting on to the property. We had an issues getting the AC to cool the first day but the host was able to fix the issues and was very responsive. We definitely want to book this place for our future Orlando trips.

Birthday Trip

My husband pick this beautiful property for a two day stay before we cruise out of Florida and everything was just like the pics on Vrbo user friendly website. Property management communication with us was very helpful and good! Self checkin and out was very easy and the property was very clean. We had everything we needed in the kitchen for a good meal and the beds were comfortable and plenty of space for a two bedroom condo. Security at the front entrance made us feel a little safer. Lots of restaurants and retail stores close by. I would definitely stay here again and refer all my family and friends!

Place was fine, communication was not

It is difficult to get ahold of the property manager. I called multiple times leading up to our stay and during, never once did they answer a call. I was able to get through via message, but only before our stay. The electronic key pad stopped working the second day we were there and management did not answer calls or texts regarding this issue. The water filter on the fridge had not been changed, so we had to purchase our own water. There was pink mold in the grout by the showers and the rugs in the main living space were disgusting. There were a lot of long black hairs imbedded into the rugs. Location was great for Disney, but will not stay here again.
