We offer you a large thatched cottage of 300m² located on the edge of the Parc de Brière and close to the Atlantic coast.
This spacious house built on a plot of 3000m² with trees can accommodate a maximum of 15 people.
A fish pond is located at the front of the cottage.
It is composed of:
- large living room with fireplace, bar and dart board and ambient sound system,
- large kitchen,
- mezzanine with billiards,
- TV room with sofa bed that can be used as a bed (slatted base)
- First floor bedroom with 1 double bed
- second bedroom with 1 double bed; 1 single bed and 1 baby bed,
- 1 dormitory with a maximum of 8 beds,
- third bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single bed
- 1 bathroom with whirlpool bath and WC,
- 1 separate toilet,
- 1 entrance with a table football,
- large wooden terrace with garden furniture,
- barbecue area,
- Table tennis table
All beds are made up of 80x200 or 160x200 mattresses.
The close neighborhood imposes a certain discretion and parking is limited to 5-6 vehicles (no parking possible on the public road). Outdoor noise is limited from 11 p.m.
Rentals are made by the week during the Spring and Summer holiday periods. The rest of the year, they are done on weekends from Friday to Sunday.
For end-of-year holidays and long weekends, the minimum is 3 nights. It will be 4 nights if it concerns a weekend with a bridge.
