The space
Our 2-bedroom unit boasts a spacious layout, featuring Queen size and Super Single beds in master bedroom and a cozy queen size bed in the other. Additionally, we provide 4 extra single bed mattress to accommodate larger groups, ensuring a restful night's sleep for up to 6-10 guests.

Fully furnished and air-conditioned, our unit is equipped with all the daily essentials you'll need for a comfortable stay. Do let us know if the number of guests is 7 and above so that we can prepare the extra mattresses before hand.

🔥 We do have mahjong set and table as well as game console to kill your boredom in the afternoon or at night if you wish to have some small gathering with friends.
(If you are playing mahjong, do note to keep the volume low after 11pm)

Other things to note
- Check-in timing will be set at 3 pm and Check-out timing at 12 pm. Any early check-in and late check-out please inform host via AirBnb/WA Chat group at least 4-6hours ahead for approval so that we can plan our schedule of cleaner etc.
(Do note early check-in/late check-out will incur a charge of RM20 per hour)

- Before any check-in and check-out, please kindly inform hosts and take selfies of yourself and both access card and key after collection and return of the access card and key from/to the mailbox.

- Please take good care of the access card and key, if any case of loss of Access Card/Key, RM150 will be charged.

- Do not smoke in the house, if found will be charged RM100 !!

- No pets allowed

- Please keep low volume from 11pm-6am to prevent disturbance to the neighbours.

- Light cooking using induction cooker is allowed and please make sure the kitchen is clean and tidy after use

- Washing machine is provided (Please bring your own laundry detergent if you wish to use)

- Pls turn off all the switch/ fan / light / aircon before you leave the house.

- (*Please keep the house clean*) Clear the rubbish in the bin to the rubbish chute before you check out the unit to ensure that there is no cockroaches or insects attracted to the unit.
