The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, extractor hood, oven, coffee maker, pod coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge/freezer. There is one bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and a wardrobe. A shower room and separate WC complete the ground floor. Upstairs, the mezzanine offers two double beds (140cm) and a wardrobe.

Outdoor furniture, barbecue, and parking are provided. Pets are not allowed.
