Our 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home has everything you need to make your perfect Queenstown holiday memories.

The Space:
This fabulous house features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a separate guest toilet and a spacious single garage. Please note... this house will have all brand new furniture as of September 26, 2024. New beds, sofas, dining suite, etc.

Nestled at the end of a private lane, this residence enjoys a peaceful setting atop one of the most expansive ridge line sections in the area. Conveniently located near Fernhill's walking and biking trails, it also offers opportunities for outdoor adventures and exploration.

The views are simply spectacular! Huge uninterrupted views of Lake Wakatipu, the Remarkables Mountain Range and the surrounding mountains.

From the kitchen, living area, and newly constructed deck, savour breathtaking evening sunsets over The Remarkables. The expansive rear courtyard and section is north-facing and private, providing a low maintenance picturesque retreat. With a heat pump, wood burner, and heat transfer system ensuring year-round comfort, this property is truly inviting.

BEDDING CONFIGURATIONS:
Master Bedroom: King Size Bed (Can Be Make into 2 Singles)
Second Bedroom: 2 Single Beds (Can Be Zipped Into a King Size Bed)
Third Bedroom: 2 Single Beds (Can Be Zipped Into a King Size Bed)

A BBQ is available for guest use. If you would like to use it during your stay, please inform us at your earliest convenience or at least 3 days prior to your arrival. A fee of $150 applies, which covers the gas bottle, BBQ usage, and professional cleaning after your stay.

*Please let us know at least 3 days prior to your arrival. If you decide that you want the beds prepared differently to the standard configuration AFTER you arrive, there will be a charge of $100 per bed. This is for our external cleaners to come and arrange the beds and put all new linen on.

Baby Accessories - We can provide a portacot, high chair and baby bath on request at a fee of $50 . Please notify us at least 3 days prior to arrival.

Guest Access:
You will have full use of the entire house.

The Neighborhood:
Located in one of Queenstown's most picturesque and elevated neighbourhoods, this property offers unparalleled panoramic views stretching over Lake Wakatipu, the Kelvin Heights Golf Course, The Remarkables mountain range, and beyond to Cecil and Walter Peaks. You are only a 5 minutes' drive to the lake and CBD.

Getting Around:
It is very easy to get around. It is only 5 minutes' drive to the lake and CBD. We do recommend that you have a car to get in and out of town.
There is a bus stop about a 10 min walk away, that bus will take you all over the greater Queenstown area for a very reasonable bus fare.

Distance from the Airport: 11.2 Kilometres
Distance from The Remarkables: 16.8 Kilometres

Please note that we have a three day minimum booking requirement over the Christmas -New Year period.
