This property worked very well for our family reunion of 8 adults and 12 children. The bunk rooms were perfect for all our children. But there was also enough room for each of those who needed a private, temporary space of their own. Be aware, however, that the upstairs bedrooms do not have private bathrooms; in our case, one couple had to share a Jack-and-Jill style bathroom with the boys' bunkroom. The adults ended up using the extra full bathrooms on the main floor for showering, which was less convenient, but workable. The children could have spent the whole week in the theatre room, but fortunately, there were enough child-friendly options of things to do in the Boise area to keep them away from screens much of the time. Communications with the owner was excellent; they were always very responsive. Our only “complaint” is that for a family like ours who are foodies and love to cook, the kitchen was not as well equipped as we expected; e. g.we had to buy some paring knives and a chef’s knife. There were not enough settings of silverware--but there were plenty of plates, bowls, and glasses. But those problems were not unsurmountable--and we really appreciated having two refrigerators, two freezers, and two dishwashers. Would we go there again? Yes!

We had a wonderful time at this property! The home was spacious and beautifully maintained, giving everyone plenty of room to spread out and find private areas when needed. The kids absolutely loved the game room and all the activities available, and there were lots of toys for the little ones, which made it perfect for families. We also loved the theater room for movies and games—it added so much fun to our stay.The kitchen setup was fantastic for food prep—having a butler’s kitchen just off the main kitchen made it so easy to prepare meals and keep everything organized. This was a huge plus for our group!There was a mix-up in the listing regarding the number of bedrooms, but the host handled it quickly and professionally by providing the guest home at no additional cost. We really appreciated their responsiveness and commitment to making things right.Overall, our family had a memorable stay and would definitely recommend this property to others looking for a comfortable and fun vacation spot!

The property was very spacious and open as described. Upon arrival when walking through the home, we noticed one of the bedrooms listed was non existent. We had over 30 people in our group and counted on that bedroom. So many people who were expecting beds had to sleep on mats on the floor in other rooms. Also, there were many ants and bugs on the floor. The floors were not mopped or swept. Some of the walls by the beds were dirty (with boogers on them and chewed gum ) Some of the toilets also appeared to not be cleaned. The cold plunge was also dirty and not usable. The theater projector sound was also not working. We were charged an extra 2,000 for the amount of people we had staying there and they didn’t even have enough towels or bed sheets to accommodate us all. The kitchen was not fully stocked with utensils and serving dishes and very unorganized. We found mouse poop all over the floor in the master bedroom and even on the beds that were laying on the floor. When I messages the host about all these issues, it took them over 24 hours do anything about it. The only thing they did was bring us some towels and sheets the second day we got there. They threw some ant traps down and sprayed some bug spray around the rooms. They cleaned the cold plunge some. But never addressed the theater or cleanliness of the home. They didn’t do anything to compensate us for not having towels or sheets for us all for two days. The home should have been ready for us all upon arrival.
