We had a wonderful stay here. Everything was exceptionally clean and bright and cheery. They had everything you needed and more. They layout was spaced out nicely with plenty of room for everyone. I definitely recommend this property!

This condo was perfect for our family of 5. Very clean, quiet, comfortable furniture and beds, blackout blinds, fully stocked kitchen and had a pool steps away. The 3 patios that always had shade were so nice during the heatwave. The location was perfect, walking distance to the el paseo shopping Centre

A wonderful home in a great property at Shadow Mountain. The newly renovated unit was really nice in all ways. Great bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and living room. The patio that opened onto the pool and hot tub was used extensively. We love the location, walkable to El Paseo and everything we could want is within a 5 minute drive.

Everything exceeded expectations. The home was even nicer then I expected, rooms were bigger, kitchen was incredibly well stocked, towels were plentiful and soft! The location is so close to town it is easy to walk to town for a coffee if you don't want to drive.The community pool was steps away from the back patio. It did make the back patio less private, but there were never a lot of people there. Great place, may book again!

Fantastic Vacation Home – Highly Recommended! We had a wonderful stay at this vacation home! The house was spotlessly clean and incredibly well-equipped, providing everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. From kitchen essentials to cozy furnishings, it truly had it all.The communication with the hosts was excellent – they were always quick to respond and very helpful with any questions we had. The entire process, from check-in to check-out, was smooth and hassle-free.We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and will definitely consider returning in the future. Highly recommended!

The condo is very lovely. However there are issues that need to be fixed. The hot water heater doesn’t work so we only had cold to lukewarm water the entire stay. The Keurig coffeemaker doesn’t work and when we informed the host we were told it would be replaced. It never was. The kitchen had ants so we had to buy some Raid spray and constantly wipe down the kitchen. Won’t be going back, too many other choices.

We wish you had reached out about the lack of hot water on the first night of your arrival. Prior to your arrival, our team inspected the home and confirmed that there was hot water. We are unsure what caused the hot water heater to stop working during your stay. After learning about the issue from your review, we investigated and found that the hot water heater is operating as it should. Regarding the coffee maker, our team checked it after your stay and found it functioning properly. We believe this may have been user error. As for the ants in the kitchen, our team was unaware of any issues during preparations for your arrival. If there were ants, we would have addressed them before your stay. The homeowner's association also sprays the exterior of the property monthly. During springtime in the desert, ant activity tends to increase, especially when food is available in the kitchen. We wish you had brought these concerns to our attention at the time so that we could have resolved them promptly for you and your guests.

Best VRBO ever!

Our family stayed here for a week in March. We were SO impressed by this condo! Most well-stocked unit we’ve ever stayed in, with plenty of linens, nice kitchen/cooking supplies, BBQ, and more. Everything felt brand new! It was exceptionally quiet, way bigger than the photos made it look, and the pool was just steps away and rarely used. It felt like we had our own private pool! Management was very responsive to our very few messages, but there really weren’t any issues. The location is very close to The Living Desert Zoo, downtown Palm Desert, and plenty of great dining options. We would highly recommend this VRBO!

Can't wait to come back!

Probably one of the best places we've ever stayed! It was clearly newly remodeled. Everything was brand new and beautifully done. We loved the concrete floors and the large soaker tub in the master bedroom. The kitchen was fully equipped, very well-appointed, and had everything we needed to prepare meals. The Keurig machine and french press got much use in the mornings, and the well-stocked coffee options were great. It was quiet, the beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space for our family of 6. The pool was right outside our back door, so we could keep an eye on the kids. It felt like it was our own private pool. It was less than a 5 minute walk to El Paseo, so it was easy to get to the shops and restaurants. There is also a cafe in the condo complex, and the Shadow Mountain golf course/clubhouse is maybe 100 yards from the front door. We enjoyed playing pickleball and tennis, both of which were conveniently located in the complex. It was also a quick drive to numerous hikes, which we took advantage of each day. We will definitely be back! Highly recommend!
