The heart of the home is an air-conditioned open-plan area, underscored by an instantly relaxed lounge, a 50-inch television, and a 6-seat dining setting. Cook up a storm in a stone-finished kitchen showcasing an inviting island bench and quality appliances including a dishwasher, an easy-clean electric cooktop, and an integrated double-door fridge/freezer.

Step outside through sliding glass to a north-facing wraparound terrace under shelter and shade, complemented by private lounge/dining and the use of a 5-burner Jumbuck BBQ on natural gas. Sit back and relax under an oversized sun umbrella with more than enough seating space to include the whole group for meal times.

Rental Accommodation Code of Conduct. Note that this property is in a quiet residential area and
has a no party policy. Guest Registration and Photo ID may be required and confirmation of booking may be subject to approval by management. If you have questions prior to your trip, we are happy to assist you 7 days a week. During your stay, we will be available to help with any
issues that may arise.
