River Lodge, Close to Warburton

Experience a serenity like no other where you can wake up every day to the calming sounds of the Yarra River flowing at your back garden. River Lodge in East Warburton is ideally located close to Warburton and surrounding sights, just a short 15 minute drive and you are exploring local shops and cafes.
This unique ‘Canadian Lodge’ style home not only has an abundance of space, but also has one of the most magical backdrops in the area.
An open plan living and dining area along with a modern style kitchen make River Lodge a perfect getaway for families or friends.
Guests are comfortable all year round with ducted heating and a split system for heating and cooling in the upper level along with a wood heater and second split system in the rumpus room. Boasting high cathedral ceilings, atrium style windows, the rumpus room will soon become your favourite space - a game of table tennis is certainly a must.
Three generous sized bedrooms have comfortable double beds and views of the garden, two of which also have ensuite bathrooms and built in robes. The fourth bedroom has a set of bunk beds.
Expansive rear decks overlook the meticulously maintained backyard providing a tranquil setting for outdoor dining where you can listen to the visiting birdlife and river flowing in the distance.
People venture far and wide for a perfect holiday setting which this property has from its very own backyard. All of this is only a short drive from the iconic Redwood Forest and Warburton’s vibrant Main Street where you can enjoy a coffee or meal from one of the many cafes and restaurants. Cycling or walk along the Warburton Rail Trail or visit one of the many wineries or seasonal farm gates for local produce. There is so much to see and do when you stay in the Warburton and the Yarra Valley area.

Things to Note:
There is a cot provided in bedroom 3, however you will need to bring along your own cot linen/bedding.
The bunk room - is a walk thru room to additional bedrooms, bathrooms and rumpus room. There are two sliding doors to close off this room.
Washer and dryer are located in the European Style Laundry in the Ensuite to Bedroom 1
Firewood is provided to get you started, if you happen to run out, you can purchase more locally at the hardware store or service station.
