Bedroom 3: Two single beds, ideal for children or friends.
The beds will be made and ready for you with all linen provided.

2 full bathrooms and 2 half bathrooms provide ample space and convenience for larger groups.
One of the toilets is available on the ground floor for added convenience.
Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap and towelling is provided.

Fully Equipped Kitchen:
Modern appliances, cookware, and utensils—perfect for preparing meals together.
Includes convenient items like instant and plunger coffee, black and peppermint tea, drinking chocolate, milk, sugar, salt, pepper and sweet treats.

Heating/Cooling.
There are two air-conditioning units. These will heat or cool the house depending on your requirements. One is located in the living area. One is in the upstairs hallway.
Each bathroom has a wall heater.

Modern table seats all guests comfortably for shared meals.

Upper floors are accessible via stairs only.

Access is via a unique electronic door code provided before check in.

Wifi details will be sent with check in instructions.

Washing machine and laundry powder provided. Dryer is available for use, located in the garage.

Carebnb provide a contactless check-in process. Prior to your arrival we will send detailed instructions on how to enter the property, including door codes and WiFi passwords.

We are local and available to assist with any issues that may arise. Carebnb is committed to making your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

Upon check-out, you can leave the property on your own.

This property comes with 1 allocated carpark

Please note we can facilitate early check-ins/late check outs. there is an extra cost of $10 per hour with maximum of 2 hours. extra cost is to cover express cleaning. Subject to availability.
We have strict rules in place to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests and neighbours. Please refrain from making loud noise outside between the hours of 10pm and 7am. If you are unable to comply with this rule, we kindly ask that you do not book with us.

Additionally parties or gatherings are not allowed, any unauthorised gatherings will result in immediate cancellation with no refund.

Check out time is 10am and late checkouts must be requested 24hours in advance.

Smoking is prohibited inside the property and any damages or extra cleaning caused by smoking or pets will result in a $200 fee. We expect the house to be left in a reasonable condition and any additional cleaning required will be charged at $60 per hour.

Any damages, spills or stains must be reported and may result in a charge for replacement or cleaning
