Great location for easy in and out of downtown! It was a little loud with the traffic in the master bedroom but the host offered earplugs and a noise machine!

We're glad the location made it easy to get in and out of downtown! We know the traffic noise in the master bedroom can be an issue during the busy summer season, especially for light sleepers, which is why we provide earplugs and a noise machine. Traffic tends to quiet down around 10:00 PM, but we appreciate your feedback and hope to find a more permanent solution.

Wonderful stay!

Condo was absolutely wonderful. Little far to walk to downtown, but can be done. Condo itself was spacious and clean. Loved that they allowed me to bring my dog. Would have liked a few extra towels, but with the washer & dryer, it really wasn't an issue. It is on the 2nd floor so it can be tiring depending on how much you pack and intend to bring into the condo. Even so, it was worth it as we enjoyed this stay very much. Having a little more room to move around and enjoy was fabulous. Highly recommend this condo and we will definitely be back.

Kris, I'm so happy that you had such a wonderful experience with us. While the walk is a few blocks, there are some cool places to stop along the way. Great location, clean and comfortable condo. Stocked with everything we could possibly need. Loved the lighted makeup mirrors in the bathrooms! The street noise was noticeable but we were able to tune it out.

Quick fall trip. This VRBO has basic amenities and was a good place to stay. I would give it a 4.5 if I could. Mattress pads could use a cleaning with each visitor or frequent replacement as they were stained. Convenient location, street noise was thought of with white noise machine and access to earplugs. Well cared for building.

We had an enjoyable three night stay. The location was perfect for the exploring we had planned. It is on a busy city highway so it was noisy, mostly in the early morning. However, the host did provide ear plugs.We were comfortable and enjoyed being able to prepare our own meals. A couple of new fry pans is needed.I would recommend this unit.

We checked into this property on August 12 for a five-night stay through August 17 and were immediately disappointed. We seriously considered leaving that first evening, but initially decided we could make the best of it and get through our stay. By the morning after our first night, however, we realized the conditions were unacceptable and decided to move to a hotel.The noise level was one of the biggest issues. The walls seem incredibly thin, and you can hear virtually everything happening outside. At one point, I was in an interior bathroom with the exhaust fan running and the shower on, and I could still clearly hear trucks passing outside.Unfortunately, the condition of the unit itself was equally disappointing. The sofa was in terrible shape and badly worn. The bed was bowed in the middle, causing us to constantly roll toward the center throughout the night. The kitchen table was so unstable and wobbly that we were concerned it might actually collapse. The vents had a thick buildup of dust, and even the decorative light fixtures were visibly covered in dust. Overall, the property felt poorly maintained and did not reflect what we expected based on the listing or the price.On the morning of August 13, after our first night, we contacted Evolve, the property management company, explained the condition of the unit, and informed them that we would be leaving shortly to move to a hotel. I requested a refund and was repeatedly told that the matter was “under investigati

Thank you for sharing your feedback. Following your stay, the mattress was replaced, and the kitchen table’s leveling feet were adjusted and the table is now stable. We also completed a thorough cleaning with additional attention to the vents and bathroom light fixtures, and the sofa remains comfortable and functional, with replacement planned due to an area of worn fabric. Regarding noise, the home’s location on Front Street is disclosed in the listing, though sensitivity to surrounding street activity can vary by traveler. We appreciate the opportunity to address these items and remain committed to keeping the property comfortable and well cared for.

The condo was very clean and well-equipped. The location is very good, except it is on busy E. Front St/31. We are older, so we like to take an afternoon nap and usually go to bed early. Taking a nap and going to bed early was a challenge with the road noise. It also happened to be the start of the Cherry Festival, so there was additional traffic. Those who are younger or who don't have young children who nap and go to bed early would probably be better suited to the location.

This is a great location! Would recommend staying here, but there were a few minor issues. The property manager was not very responsive both before the stay and during the stay. The bath drain was clogged and slow when we got there, and we messaged the host when we first discovered it, requesting that someone comes to fix it while we were away. The host never responded or fixed it our whole stay, which was 3 nights. We ended up having all four guests use the other shower, which slightly defeated the purpose of getting a place with 2 full bathrooms.
