Really enjoyed our stay. The house is clean and comfortable. Hot tub is great to relax in after a day of skiing. The location of the house is very close to downtown and Wolf Creek Ski Resort.

Family vacation

We came to meet my daughter and spend time with family in a cooler climate from Phoenix. We loved Pagosa Springs. The cabin / house was comfortable.

We as a family have gone to Pagosa Springs for a while now. Our favorite place was not avalialible. This new destination may be our new favorite rental destination. It has a large table downstairs for gatherings. Very comfortable sofas to relax on. Lots of porch space with nice table and a hot tub. Be sure to bring binoculars to watch the wildlife. Lots of parking. Like the way the upstairs has a common area just beyond the bedroom doors. This is where there is a television. The house is well layed out, just enough rustic to fit the surroundings. Would stay there again.

Plenty of space. Great hot tub. Well stocked kitchen. Called about a problem with the dishwasher and they came over within a few hours. Very responsive host. Well stocked kitchen and close to downtown pagosa and the springs. Very convenient location.

We had a very relaxing stay! The property felt quiet and secluded, yet it was conveniently close to the Springs. The rooms were clean and spacious, giving us plenty of room to relax. I accidentally left a bag behind, and the hosts were very responsive and kindly allowed my daughter to return and pick it up since she was in town after I had left. Would definitely stay here again!

The kitchen was stocked great everything an then some of what we needed, we cook most of our meals when on vacation so that was perfect cleanness well that’s another story had to basically wash every dish before use Cleanness over all was okay we have a one year old that just learned to walk so he didn’t walk well yet with shoes an boy oh boy we’re his feet dirty it was gross, well an I’m a neat freak when it comes to clean so judge on ur own… found food under places An no we didn’t look for it it was visible We had not had a hot tub before an our experience with it was perfect, our small boys loved it, worked perfect an it was CLEANHost was 5 out of 5 couldn’t have asked for a better attentive host he get back to us asap when we asked/needed something

Location of property was great. Had a beautiful view of the valley from the front porch. House was very clean and the host was very helpful. Had mule deer, 2 fox every night come on the property. The water was shut off for about 4 hrs on our last day due to city making repairs on main line. The only complaint I have is there was no TV in the living area. The TV was located on the second floor and I’m not able to climb stairs. Overall I’m very pleased with the rental of this house.
