Please note: Key pickup and drop-off are located approximately 7 minutes from the apartment, as a lockbox cannot be installed on-site.

The living area features a cosy sofa, TV, and air conditioning, with sliding doors opening to a private balcony where you can take in views of Perth’s skyline. The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, and cookware, while the dining space provides a relaxed spot for meals or working remotely.



The bedrooms are designed for comfort, with quality beds, fresh linens, and plenty of natural light from large windows. A tidy bathroom, stocked with fresh towels and toiletries, ensures an easy and stress-free stay.



From this location you’re just a short walk to Elizabeth Quay, Hay Street Mall, and countless cafes, restaurants, and bars. With free Wi-Fi, laundry facilities, secure building access, and air conditioning, the apartment has everything you need for a convenient and enjoyable stay in the city.



Please note: as the building management does not permit lockboxes in this CBD complex, guest keys will need to be collected from our office on James Street, just a short distance away.

GUESTS

- Guests are required to fill out the verification form, supply their ID and a security deposit at least 24hrs before the check in

- Please do not book on behalf of other people.

- Companies are welcome but must book under the traveler's names.



Guest Verification & Damage Deposit

-Before your stay, guests are required to complete an ID verification and pay a damage deposit of 250AUD through our secure external system, "Safeguest".

-Please note that only physical IDs (such as driver's license or passport) are accepted - digital IDs are not valid.

-Damage deposit is fully refundable after check out, provided no damages are reported.

-The guest needs to take a photo of their ID and photo of their face thru Safeguest.



RULES

- No pets.

- No smoking.

- No parties.

- Visitors are not allowed overnight.

- Quiet time: 9 pm to 8 am.



RATE INCLUDES

- Bed linen

- 1 bath towel per guest

- Complementary bathroom products including shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and hand wash.

- Kitchen basics including tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper and oil.

- Please note only starting amenities are supplied.

- High Chair and Baby Cot under request and availability.

- There is NO parking available at the property, only paid parking 500m away

The most worst part is the collection of keys from office.it a 20mins walk from Perth station. And 30mins walk back to apartment. Imagine walking with luggage at the uneven road. Do factor this if no driving. Overall apartment is good.
