Pool heating* If desired, pool gas heating is available for an additional $250 per day (December to January) $350 per day (rest of the year).

**Pool heating requests and payments need to be made no later than 48-hours prior to your arrival date, otherwise we unfortunately will not be able to offer this service during your stay. A minimum of 2-nights pool heating must be paid.

1.⁠ ⁠All outdoor areas are off-limits after 10:30 PM (this includes decks, balconies spas & pools)

2.⁠ ⁠No loud music and/or loud activities which can disturb neighbours at any time.

3.⁠ ⁠Only the number of guests specified in your booking is allowed unless prior approval is given.

4.⁠ ⁠The maximum amount of guests allowed on the property at any time during the day or night is 14.
