As business travelers here for a meeting, we chose this listing because of its proximity to the convention center and because it had two full bedrooms and bathrooms. Everything was very clean, the price was reasonable, and we appreciated having the fully stocked kitchen. Host was mostly very responsive. If you're planning to cook or eat in, this kitchen has everything--a full-size fridge and freezer, kettle, toaster, air fryer, muffin tins, you name it. However, it had exactly two forks and two spoons, which is odd in a place that can accommodate up to four adults. I strongly recommend the management company buy an ice tray and some cutlery.Although we enjoyed our stay, there are a few things to know if you're considering this place:1) There is only ONE key. We were on different schedules and this was extremely inconvenient for us. There is nowhere to hide the key, and no way to get into the building without it. I guess you could drop it in the hotel lockbox (where you pick up/return the key) down the street but that's also super inconvenient.2) Check-in was STRESSFUL. At 3pm we arrived and I realized we'd never got any info. We found a hotel who let us use their wifi and phone; phone went to voicemail, chats weren't answered, and I had to contact VRBO customer support. We were already looking for backup places to stay when the email came at 3:27pm.3) No heat/ac in the bedrooms.Overall I'd stay here again, but I wish we'd known the key situation ahead of time.
