This charming villa for 4 to 6 people welcomes you for a stay with family or friends. It perfectly combines comfort and modernity. Welcoming fully equipped house of 145 m² in La Roche-Bernard can accommodate up to 4 adults and 2 children.

It has 3 bedrooms: A large ground floor bedroom with a large wardrobe and a bay window overlooking the terrace. A second with a double bed, accessible by the staircase (quite steep). As well as a final bedroom with a single bed and a small view of the Vilaine.

Architect-designed house from 2020, it features a large living room overlooking its enclosed garden equipped with a gas plancha.

Just like the small living room dining room which offers you access to the patio, the fully equipped American kitchen (oven, microwave, gas hob, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, coffee maker...) promises you access to a terrace under a pergola and patio.



A car park with 2 spaces is available in front of the house, very useful for market days on Thursdays.

We recommend that you favour reversing, which will allow you to leave more easily. As a bonus, the owners have provided an external socket for electric vehicles. Finally, children can enjoy a high-end basketball hoop, a football and racquet games.
