Wrigley Field location directly across from the historical ballpark & Gallagher Way Plaza. Newly renovated down to the studs in 2018 includes all hotel grade features. There is (1) queen bed & (2) double beds.

The space

Guest access
Massive patio deck that accommodates up to 40 people comfortably in the heart of Wrigley. Private gatherings on the shared deck incur an additional fee & pre-approval. Private small deck access is attached to your unit. The units are above Rizzo's Bar & Inn (RBI) & is the Inn of the Rizzo's Bar below.

The unit has a large family room & fully stocked kitchen.

The unit is highly walkable & offers valet parking at an additional fee to be negotiated by the our hired Valet service that contracts with RBI.

Great Time

This condo is very well located and well-appointed. The stairs will give you a workout, but beyond that, everything was quality and as advertised. We especially appreciated the helpful fella next door who helped us get in when we arrived. I'd use this place again.

The Perfect Wrigleyville Stay—Amazing Home & Even Better Vibes!

We had an unforgettable stay at this Wrigleyville spot—hands down one of the best VRBO experiences we’ve ever had. From the cozy, stylish interior to the unbeatable location (literally steps from Wrigley Field), everything about this place made our trip extra special.The rooftop deck quickly became our favorite hangout—morning coffee with a view, evening drinks under the lights, and the energy of the neighborhood all around us. You can hear the excitement of the game days without even leaving the building. Such a cool experience!Inside, the home was super clean and perfect for our group. The layout was spacious, the beds were comfy, and having two full bathrooms made getting ready so easy. It really felt like a home away from home.One unexpected highlight? The team at Rizzo’s Bar & Inn right downstairs. They were so friendly and welcoming every time we popped in—just genuinely great people. It added to the whole vibe of feeling like we were part of the neighborhood, not just visiting.And huge shoutout to the host for being so responsive and easy to work with—check-in was a breeze, and everything was exactly as described.If you’re coming to Chicago for a Cubs game, a weekend getaway, or just to explore the city, this is the place you want to stay. We’re already looking forward to booking again next season!

Guys Cubs Trip

If you’re in town for a cubs game you cannot go wrong with this house! Maybe 50 yards from the front gates. Could not have been more convenient. The inside of the house is in great shape. Plenty of room. Lots of upgrades including two new looking bathrooms. Great porch for crowd watching and morning coffee. Quick walk to the closest train stop. All of us couldn’t have been more happy with it. Highly recommend!

This unit is almost as described, but there are several important details missing from the listing. It is a walk-up, and the stairs are both steep and numerous. Linens were provided, but no washcloths or hand towels (the only ones we saw were in dirty laundry bags left on the stair landing). Parking is available, but it costs 100 per day. The AC unit works but is old and makes loud squeaking noises—even when only the fan is running. The couch is a standard 3-seater with a chaise, not a futon couch as listed. There is a foosball table, but no ball provided.While those issues were frustrating, the biggest concern was the noise. The unit is directly above a restaurant-turned-nightclub. We expected Wrigleyville to be lively, but we were not informed of an after-hours event that ran from 4 a.m. to 10 a.m. with a live DJ. The bass was so intense that we were shaken awake and even had artwork fall off the walls inside our unit.I reached out to the host after our stay, but they simply repeated my concerns back to me without addressing them. I requested a partial refund and received less than the service fee.Overall, the location is excellent, but the lack of transparency about noise, amenities, and costs made this a disappointing stay.

Perfect location and great views!

This place was perfect for our Chicago weekend and attending the Cubs game. Clean, nice decor, updated bathrooms. Great patio and view of Wrigley. Easy keypad access for check in. Would definitely stay again!

Location Amazing/ Not Well Stocked

The location is amazing and sitting on the small balcony listening to the Cubs game while looking at the front of the stadium, priceless (we attended the game the next day). The place is laid out well and the beds were comfy. The 44 stairs at the end of a long day were a little rough, but expected. The place is right in the action, so street/bar noise is 24 hours a day. Parking was tough on game nights, we used the SpotHero app and that worked well to find spaces. Our negatives were the rattling AC (very loud) and how under stocked the place was. No iron (although was listed in the description), no Foose balls to use the table, no washcloths, and very limited dishes and pots/pans for cooking in the kitchen (especially for our crew of 6). We brag about our stay and had good communication with the owners. Thanks for the once in a lifetime experience at Wrigley!

Great space and amazing location. Very clean, great back patio, only complaint... if ya got a foosball table, have some actual Foos balls in it, so it can be played. What a tease. Hahahaha.

Great property

Great place, the location was perfect. Parking was provided then the day of couldn’t be given that added cost to the trip. Otherwise I’d give it 5 stars and recommend it to anyone. The atmosphere along was enough to come back.

Cubs Game Overnight

If you’re looking for a true Wrigley Field, Cubs game day experience, you will not get any better than this property! Right across the street, views of the park and a true Chicago party deck to complete the experience. Easy check in and amazing property!

The property is great and the location lovely. We, however, are from out of town and had no idea it was a Cubs game day. It was chaos and fun ding parking ended up costing us hundreds of dollars we were not planning on. We wish the property manager would have at least given us a heads up.
