There are two bathrooms with the main bathroom flowing off the internal laundry area hosting a shower, toilet and vanity and the external pool cabana having the second shower and toilet, the laundry also boasts the third toilet, front loader washing machine and dryer.
The home is equipped with a striking blend of conveniences, such as split system air conditioning in the living area to free unlimited Wi-Fi, this single-level home is well equipped. The myriads of amenities include a gas BBQ, fantastic outdoor area, boat parking, dog friendly and even a salt water inground swimming pool!
