Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place, where the endless activities and fun’s begins. Just a minute’s away in Everything Swimming into the pool, or walk to shop Coles and Restaurants. Dine in to some fine restaurants, (Diggers the Entrance is 9 mins walk from our place if you want buffet style restaurant). Activities like wBoating, Kayaking/Canoeing, Fishing just 2-3mins drive at our place.. Beaches around like Shelly Beach, Towoon Beach, North Entrance Beach, Magenta beach, Bateau Bay Lagoon 8-10mins drive, but why going far? The Entrance beach 2mins drive! Cycling/biking, the tracks is 50m from our house near the lakes. Fun is endless.. This Property has 6 bedrooms in total. The master bedroom has ensuite and 2 studio unit has ensuite and a kitchenettes. Plus they have their own entry and exit without using the main house entry. Very unique house and nearly near in everything, especially this Summer season it has a lot of activities. Either walk to Coles or to the Memorial Park the Entrance.. or Dine in to the Diggers the Entrance buffet style which 9mins walk only from our house. This property is located in a secure and quite neighbourhood area. The property is only 73mins drive to hunter Valley and approximately 90mins to Sydney CBD.

What to do during winter? Here's the list:

✔️Pelican birds Feeding or whale watching
✔️Water sports: Fishing, boating, and swimming
✔️Walking: The Coast to Lake Walk
✔️Biking: The Entrance Bike Hire
✔️Skateboarding: The Entrance Skate Park
✔️Other activities: Vera's Water Garden, Red Gum trail, Mowgli Studio, Central Coast Virtual Reality. Any issues in the house that need attention, please let us know, We’re just 15mins away, don’t leave it unattended. Just a gentle reminder to kindly avoid letting the kids bring sand or rocks into the swimming pool. These materials can clog the pool’s plumbing system, which may lead to costly maintenance and repairs and may incur additional charges.

We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Our goal is to ensure everyone enjoys their stay—both you and the lovely guests who come after. Please let us know immediately if you have any issues, concerns regarding the house so we can attain it in time, after 2 hours of checking in, as we are living nearby, we are happy to help.

Hosts were attentive and responsive with all communications, excellent value for a week in January. House and pool and especially the large deck were a standout for the 13 family members. Easy walking to cafes, shops, restaurants and playgrounds along the Lake pathway. The welcome package was much appreciated.

The location is perfect - a lovely 20 minute stroll into town along the water, or a quick 10 minutes up the hill to the Diggers club. The house has plenty of room with a couple of separate living quarters and plenty of beds. It's looking a bit run-down in spots and there were some cleanliness issues (that the property managers were very apologetic for and promptly responded to my messages which was impressive). Overall - a lovely weekend for a very tired group of mums!

This house is a great location, right on the lake and a short stroll to The Entrance. Plenty of space for us all and very comfy beds. The pool area is excellent and the whole house was nice and clean with plenty of towels and bedding.Will hope to stay again.

We loved this house. It was so fitting for our family as there are various areas where each had their privacy. The huge deck was amazing as we gathered there for meals. The owner was so approachable and allowed us early check in and late check out and had left milk and extra treats which was so lovely. We were all very impressed and will definitely chose to stay there if we are heading that way to get together.

A Perfect Stay for a Big Group we stayed at this incredible property for 2 nights with a group of 15 people, 10 adults 5 kids—and it was nothing short of extraordinary!From the moment we arrived, everything felt perfect. The home is absolutely beautiful, spacious, and thoughtfully designed for both comfort and convenience. Every corner of the house felt like it had a personal touch—cozy yet stylish, practical yet full of charm. Whether it was the fully-equipped kitchen, the large dining space where we could all gather, or the beautiful outdoor areas where the kids could play freely, everything was flawless.What truly made our stay extra special was the kindness and hospitality of Emelie and her husband. They are some of the kindest hosts we’ve ever met—warm, responsive, and incredibly thoughtful. They made sure we had everything we needed and even offered a 2pm checkout, which made our last day so much more relaxing and stress-free. It’s those little generous touches that really set this experience apart.The property is not just a place to stay—it’s a place to make memories. It comfortably hosted our large group, and yet still felt cozy and intimate. Family Trip

It is a spacious house with a large undercover outdoor deck, a BBQ facility, and a swimming pool. It is a great house for a large family, and the owner is caring, friendly, and easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend this place for large family accommodation.
