This home makes a perfect retreat for a large family or an extended family break. With easy access to local beaches and shops, this home makes the ideal choice when planning your break any time of the year.

About the property
Pet and Family friendly, this home offers accommodation for 6 guests. This home would suit a family or three couples.

Family friendly inside and out, designed for a large family enjoyment in mind. There are 3 bedrooms that sleep 6 people, but for a larger family there is a sofa bed that sleeps two, available by prior arrangement. The home can be configured to have 5 separate beds.

The is room to spread out, with lounge room at the front and a huge family room at the back having access to the rear deck.

The expansive undercover deck has a BBQ, perfect for relaxing or entertaining.

The rear yard is fully fenced and private, with plenty of space for the kids to play.

Pets are welcome by prior arrangement.

The local beaches are renowned for their unspoiled beauty and easy access, with many people choosing Bellambi as their preferred holiday destination. Approx. 1.5km to Bellambi Beach, Bike Park and Rock Pool. Approx 800m to Bellambi Reserve and Lagoon.

Located at the back of the property. Features queen bed, walk in robe, ensuite bathroom, pull down blinds, sliding door to the rear deck.

Features 2 x long single beds that can be made into a king bed, clothes rack, ceiling fan, pull down blinds

 The Location

Bellambi Beach is at the southern end of a two kilometre stretch of beach and is backed by a reserve with distant mountain views. The beach is extremely popular for fishing with the boat ramp and small harbour near by and its accessible via the Wollongong shared Cycle Way.

Bellambi is located seven kilometres north of the Wollongong central business district. Bellambi Beach continues south to the creek mouth and point, with a rock pool on the southern rocks.

The Bellambi Surf Club is located behind the creek, and linked to the beach by a walkway. It also boasts a very popular cafe.

Bellambi Beach is an off leash beach for dogs at all times except near the rock pool.

Bellambi Beach is at the southern end of a long stretch of beach extending to Woonona. At the beach's southern end is a popular surfing spot, and Bellambi rock pool.

You can stock up on your provisions at East Corrimal, which has a supermarket, butcher, bakery and two coffee shops that all open at 6:30am. Both of the coffee shops provide great coffee and Frank and Beans also does a great breakfast. Bellambi Lane near Bunnings also does a great coffee and breakfast.

 Conditions of Occupation:

Quiet hours for outside noise from 10pm – 8am. There is plenty of room to socialise inside.

To maintain a high standard for tenants the following conditions of occupation apply:

(a)    Use of premises – the premises are let for holiday purposes only and for the period stated on the receipt.

(b)   Smoking is not permitted inside the house.

(c)    Number of guests should NOT exceed the number stated in the Confirmation Notice unless subsequently agreed in writing or email. Additional fees will apply for excess guests not agreed with the Owner in advance and these will be deducted from the bond.

(d)   Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited. The premises are located in the residential area and have a strict no party policy. NO weddings, parties or large gatherings are permitted.

(e)   Noise – Noise to be kept to a minimum. With NO outside noise from 10pm. In the event of noise complaints which result in Holiday Letting Organisation or Police call out, or should a noise order be issued, the Owner reserves the right to immediately evict the Tenant and retain the whole of the bond.

(f)     Damage, Breakages, Theft and Loss – the Tenant is responsible for the tenant’s personal property. The cost of repair or replacement of any item in the premises or the premises itself due to damage and/or breakages will be deducted from the bond and may include additional charges.

(g) Pets may be allowed on pre approval. The yard is fully fenced with colorbond fencing. Pets are not permitted on the soft furnishings or on the beds at any time. Pets are not to eat of the kitchen crockery. Pet bowls have been provided.

Great family getaway!

We had a great getaway to Wollongong and Bellambi Blue is central to everything. We did beaches (Bellambi is stunning), lookouts, shops, snorkeling, dining out (great cafes - Frank and Beans nearby is good.)We also chilled out in Blue, and with so many rooms (2 TV's) could really stretch out (the house is like a Tardis) - we dined in the well laid out kitchen, played board games in the living room and watched TV. Add the beach vibe (great decor and lovely small touches) and the comfy beds, and it made for a great stay.We will be back!

The house was very clean and tidy with lots of extra bits and pieces to help us enjoy our short stay everything you would find in your own home and more. This well secured friendly home wasn't with out some minor issues, being there was no internet during our stay this made the smart TVs not as smart for the kids and the master bedroom didn't have blackout curtains like the other rooms so it was hard to sleep in. All in all a very well appointed place to stay and we will be staying again for our next quick getaway
