240-square-meter family home with a heated swimming pool in a wine-growing village

We rent our Jura residence, located in the heart of a charming little wine-growing village, on the wine route and a stone's throw from Château-Chalon, hiking trails and the main tourist attractions of the region: Baume les messieurs (13 min), Lake Chalain (30 min), Poligny and its fruit farms in Comté (15 min): relaxation, gastronomy, sports and nature activities will be waiting for you.

Old house of 240m2 for a family stay up to 9-10 people (6 adults + children).

This house is our second home and we offer it for a few weeks and weekends in the year. Weekly booking in high season.

On the first floor: 3 large bedrooms with impeccable bedding, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, a living room with its television.

1 bathroom (bath, sink), 1 shower room (shower, sink, toilet) and a separate toilet.

Upstairs: a mezzanine/library. A large bedroom. A bathroom. A games room with billiards, table football and a large desk to play board games or telework in complete serenity.

A single bed is also available in the games room.

That's not all:
An enclosed and wooded garden with a swimming pool (finalized summer 2021) heated from May to September and equipped with a removable low shelter, a terrace/barbecue, and an outdoor shed to store your bikes.

Loud parties are forbidden, as the house is located in the heart of the village.

Bed linen provided as well as all basic necessities. Internet/fiber since 2023.

No cleaning fees: we ask that you leave the house in the condition in which you found it.

The shops are located a little more than 2 kms away, in the neighbouring village.
