We are glad you enjoyed the many amenities in this home but are so sorry if there was any confusion regarding the location as we try to be as accurate as possible in our property description. While there are lovely views of the lake from the living room and primary bedroom, as well as nearby access to the lake, it is not listed as a lakefront home and we will try to clarify this further in the description. Regarding internet and cell service, wifi signal strength definitely varies across town and can be affected by weather, construction etc... with some areas having more challenges than others. Affectionately referred to as the "Pagosa Goodbye," we know the sudden drop-offs in cell and wifi service are frustrating. However, we are very excited that this home is installing STARLINK and it should be available to guests soon!
