This cozy haven features reverse cycle heat pumps in all rooms, ensuring comfort year-round. Double-glazed windows minimize traffic noise while providing convenient access to nearby amenities. The cottage includes two beautifully decorated bedrooms, each with a comfortable queen-sized bed. The fully-equipped kitchen caters to both short and long-term stays. You'll find easy parking with free off-street and ample street parking. Perfect for work trips, getaways, or family holidays, with local attractions within walking distance, including the Beta Park Rock Climbing Centre, Cataract Gorge, and Riverbend Park. Explore the Harvest Market in the CBD for local produce and the Footy!



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire house, including the bedrooms, full bathroom, and living room. The garage is kept locked but there is free off-street parking in the driveway behind the gate.

You can reach the Launceston Airport (LST) in approximately 15 minutes by car, while the city center is an easy 5-minute walk. Please note that check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Parking is available with free off-street parking in the driveway behind the gate and ample free street parking. The property is equipped with reverse cycle heat pumps for your comfort. The house is a single-level home with a private entrance. The kitchen is fully equipped for your convenience, and we provide essential amenities. We are located in a residential area, and we kindly ask guests to respect our neighbours by keeping noise levels down, especially during evening hours. We look forward to welcoming you!

Guests staying 4 nights or longer will enjoy a complimentary bottle of locally sourced wine.

If you’d like to make your stay even more special, we offer a selection of optional extras to enjoy during your visit. Choose from a chilled bottle of wine for $30 and/or a fresh grazing board featuring locally sourced Tasmanian produce for $50.
