The property was not really up to scratch.
Dishwasher full of dirty dishes on arrival
No bin bags
No plug for kitchen sink
No tea towels
Cutlery drawer full of sticky mess
Air fryer dirty with chips still in it
Dead cockroaches in bedroom
Dirty blankets also with something sticky on them
Dirty socks in main living area
Recycle bin full and over flowing.. numerous beer boxes sitting beside the bin full of alcohol bottles and cans
Red bin also full, no where to put our rubbish
Bath - full of mould, paint peeling and full of rust
I contacted the people who manage the property expecting a fix, instead I got a reply email thanking me for staying and highlighting the issues.
I would not recommend.

The paint is peeling in the actual bath/ shower. It is very old and mouldy. It smells. The linen doesn’t smell fresh, the carpet in the bedroom is stained. There is only a trickle of water coming out of the bathroom tap and none from the laundry tap. The bathroom window won’t stay up and parts of the sill are falling away. The kitchen is very old and the cupboards dirty looking. There is no grout behind the kitchen sink and it’s mouldy. The blinds are bent. The yard is overgrown with dead trees falling on the fence. There is a large shrub obscuring half the path to the front door. The property was very overpriced and the bathroom is not fit for human habitation. We have been attending a major sporting function in Dubbo and know that others have not paid anywhere near that amount for modern and respectable accommodation. We have shown the photos to many people and they have all been horrified! We have been in communication with various members of your team but so far no one has been able to resolve the issue.
