* Frog Town is a Cozy cabin located on the north shore of the beautiful, historic, Caddo Lake.

* We are your owners, Steven and Brandi, and we live directly across the street where you will have access to our pier kayaks and canoe.

* Not lake front, but you do have water access!

* There is a flight of stairs to our camp. We don't ever want anyone to be surprised by them when they arrive.

* Pets welcome (Our pup, Larry, lives right next door and loves meting all the new pups!)

* 3 kayaks and 1 canoe available to guests
* Life jackets & paddles provided
* Boat stall w/electricity provided if requested
* Boat ramp just outside of neighborhood - $5 launch fee
* Fire pit
* Wifi & smart tv's in each room
* Extra linens & towels
* Full laundry room w/washer/dryer & hanging racks
* Full kitchen furnished with essentials.

**Owners live directly across the street where you will have boat dock access with kayaks and canoe!

Our camp is an ideal location for bass fishermen/fisherwomen to access excellent locations and for sightseers alike, to take in and explore the different areas of Caddo Lake.

By water, we are about 6 miles from Uncertain. By land, Jefferson, TX is 25 miles away, Vivian, LA is 16 miles, Shreveport, LA is 45 miles, Marshall, TX is 45 miles and Atlanta, TX is 35 miles. Caddo Lake State Parker is 23 miles away by road.

We absolutly loved our stay at Frog Town! I brought my girlfriend here to celebrate her birthday and we couldn't have been more happy with the experience. Brandi and Steven are very nice and accomodating. The house was really clean and perfect for our weekend stay. We were sad to leave at the end of our trip!! 10/10 would highly recommend this property and we cannot wait to go back! Thank you Brandi and Steven for taking care of us!

Best place to stay for a great time and enjoy yourself they’re the best host ever and will make sure you have everything and know everything about your stay. We will be going back we had the time of our lives. I really recommend this place for a wonderful vacation. I recommend you to set up with Stephen for a great fishing trip and scenic boat ride it’s the best.

Brandi and Stephen were great! The cute little house was clean and had everything we nedded and more. They left us a sweet little gift. The house is pretty far from most everything, but definitely not too far to grab a few things from the The store.

Beautiful scenery! Love the little details of the home!

Brandi is so wonderful and the Parker’s put so much attentiveness into the home. We spent most of our time on the dock, lake or porch and enjoyed every minute of it! We can’t wait to go back to visit.

Wonderful trip in a beautiful area

We loved this trip so much! It was a nicely stocked cabin set in the trees. It included wonderful hosts, beautiful area, great wifi, and was located near the super fun town of Jefferson! It felt like we were staying in a tree house. Great place!- we'd love to go back!

Secluded Getaway

The house was exactly as described. Exceptionally clean, spacious with just the right amount of cozy. Owners were very welcoming and helpful. Was a very quiet and relaxing getaway, we hated leaving.

Relaxing and Quiet

Just what we needed. My spouse and I enjoyed a cozy, comfortable stay with our two dogs over the weekend. Sitting on the front porch at night listening to the rain, was one of the most memorable.

Do not stay, filthy

Hate to leave a bad review because i've stayed in many properties on both sites and hate to tarnish a "good reputation." This one was by far THE WORST experience we've had on a property. We stayed a total 3 days, the day upon arrival we walked in and noticed that upon first glance everything looked neat, as we started to put our stuff up in drawers, every single one was stuffed with items.There is not a single space for our own personal items. The nightstand had a dirty used bandaid as well as dirt. We started taking out items we needed from the kitchen and noticed something in the bottom drawer. There was a splatter of some sort, absolutely filthy, and what looked like insect droppings. I went to the fridge to unpack our refrigerated items, and to my surprise, again, the fridge was filthy. Nasty wet stuff, food splater all in the cracks. Later that night, i hopped in the shower (i was the first one in), there were globs of hair all over the tile. We initially asked about the wood situation on the property, and we were told that they were going to "load us up with wood", this was not the case. They left a tiny little batch by the fire inside for one nights use. We didn't see till we left, but their rules were not to pull anymore from the wood piles that were on the property we stayed on. Ridiculous. Truck here, on their propert which idled all day from about 9am to 5pm, which is right across the road btw. NOT RELAXING. Unfortunately, there's not more space for this review,

Beautiful Cabin with the BEST hospitality!

Brandi was a wonderful host! The cabin was so cute with so many cute extra touches. Her communication is on point and Brandi was so willing to go above and beyond to help us have the best stay. We definitely plan on returning!!!

Cozy house

This is cozy little getaway on Caddo Lake. The hosts (Brandi & Stephen) are lovely and have thought of everything you might need. Our family enjoyed kayaking and canoeing off the dock, and the access to the lake is exceptional.Everyone in our family enjoyed the visit, and there was plenty of room for our family of 4. As the listing suggests, the house is on a remote area of the lake, but the 25 minute drive to Jefferson or the state park, didnt bother us that much. If you are looking for relaxing escape to the unique Caddo Lake, I would highly recommend Frog Town.

Caddo get-away

Frog Town was an amazing experience for my family. The home is lovingly maintained and has everything you might need. The decor is so attractive and cozy. We spent so much time on the deck with the firepit and on the dock watching sunsets (gorgeous!) The owners are incredibly helpful and truly care about ensuring a great visit. Their genuine love of Caddo Lake is inspiring! They went above and beyond to make sure we could kayak off the property. The communication was super quick and easy. The recommendations were spit on.The perfect Vrbo hosts! I would definitely go back again!

Frog Town

This house was perfect for our stay. We even had an extra bedroom that was not used. It had a great location, the hosts were great, communicated a lot with us prior and during our stay, gave pointers on where to eat and shop in the area. They went above and beyond when they replaced the rotted out firepit overnight with a new one so we could use it during our stay and even gave us pointers on a local eagle that had roosted nearby that we were able to snag a picture of. The house was very welcoming and cozy, had all the amenities we needed. Would definitely stay here again and bring our kids next time!!

Frog Town is simply amazing. All of the essentials are there and more! Recommend booking a boat tour with Steven. As a local, he has so much insight about the beautiful lake. Book it. You won’t be sorry. We are already planning a spring trip to visit again!

Hosts are very accommodating, informative and friendly.

Comfortable, clean, beautifully decorated cabin well stocked with nearly anything you might need - just like home. We felt safe in the quiet neighborhood, and it was so nice to have use of the nearby boat dock. Beautiful welcome gift basket was awaiting when we arrived!
