Welcome to Storey Lake Haven, a stunning 9-bedroom, 6-bath retreat designed to bring comfort, style, and fun to your Orlando getaway. With custom-designed bedrooms, four kids-themed rooms, and plenty of space for everyone, this villa is ideal for large families and groups looking to create magical memories together.

The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast island with seating for 4, alongside a formal dining space for 7. After a day at the parks, relax in the private pool and spillover spa, dine al fresco on the covered patio, or soak up the Florida sunshine from the four sun loungers. For added entertainment, the games and movie room offers air hockey, three big TVs, and six cozy recliner chairs for the ultimate family movie night.

With themed bedrooms ranging from Mickey & Minnie and Toy Story to Moana, Star Wars, and Harry Potter, kids and adults alike will love the immersive décor. Multiple king suites provide comfort and privacy for adults, while bunk rooms ensure space for little adventurers. Storey Lake Haven is more than a vacation rental, it’s your home away from home in the heart of Orlando.

• POOL HEAT:

Heating is available for $35 per day (plus tax) with a 5-day minimum and must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. Please note the attached spa is not a hot tub—it does not have jets, and it heats to the same temperature as the pool, not exceeding 90°F. The heating system uses heat exchange, which does not operate in temperatures below 50°F. No refunds will be provided if the pool does not reach the desired temperature in cold weather.



• GRILL:

Please note. Some of our homes may be pictured with a gas bbq grill or outdoor built in grill. If guests wish to use the grills, it is the guest's responsibility to clean the grill and replenish the propane tank if needed. A $50 charge will be applied if grills are left unclean. Exchange refill propane tanks can be purchased at numerous local locations. If the grill is locked up, then it is not to be used by guests as it is the homeowner's personal grill. If you would like to have a grill for your vacation, we can arrange a rental grill for your stay.

Great stay, would stay at this house again.

We stayed at this house for a week at the end of February. The house was nice and clean, well decorated, and the check-in was smooth. The location of the house is in walking distance of a target, as well as a small shopping mall. you can walk to restaurants in the area. The only issue we had was giving Lyft and Uber access to the gates to get in. Communication with the rental company was great. The only negative comment I can leave is that the patio furniture was rusty and broken and because I didn’t make a request for it to be replaced within the first couple of days due to the fact that we were at Parks they would not compensate us for the fact that we could not use the patio furniture. However, it did not impact our trip and we enjoyed staying at the house.

Just okay.

Definitely not my favorite stay in Orlando. Place was very dirt. Stickers all over the wall and random trash in the bedrooms. Used wine glasses left out. Floors were very gross. Pool a bit dirty as well. We also found it not suitably stocked with the usual essentials. No trash bags or paper towels, only one dish tablet so we couldn’t wash dishes without making a run to the store and the dishes in the cabinets were dirty. I will find another place to stay in the future.

Christmas Big House

Fun, Relaxing, no hassles & plenty space. True to the pictures. We treated the house just as it was our own. Not a biggie but Fire alarm kept beeping, had to reset and a small leak under kitchen sink. Probably just need to get checked out. But Love …

Fab villa

The villa is fabulous,our children ,ranging from 6-14 ,all loved the rooms and pool. There was a couple of problems,no Wi-Fi for 5days, management company not great at sorting this,the games room had PlayStation that never worked and considering number of rooms there was only 8mugs!! It was a great location for all the attractions,Disney etc, plenty of supermarkets restaurants close BUT it's a very busy, noisy estate, we had neighbours arrive for the weekend after we arrived who were up to 2 in the morning in their pool area making a lot of noise ,our young ones were in pool by 8 most mornings but we made them stay quiet until later so would have been nice for others to have same consideration!

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!

The house made a great 1st impression. After just a few hours we discovered many issues. Everything from broken light switches and outlets to the chairs peeling in the game room. The pool pump didn't work, a clogged tub (those they fixed quickly), a cracked blender, not nearly enough mugs and drinking glasses. You eve n have to pay extra to have heat for the hot tub. The gates into the property barely worked and the front door was EXTREMELY DIFFICULT to lock. The cleaning crew didn't even try to mess with it - they left the door unlocked before we got there. Those were the easy things. On the 1st night we sent our 9yr old to bed in one of the Harry Potter beds. Exhausted from the trip she stumbled up stairs. Later when we checked on her she was nowhere to be found. There were 19 of us and we searched everywhere. We called the police and they were on top of things in less than 2 minutes. And officer came in and took apart her bed using his flashlight and moving the mattress he found her lodged between the bed and the wall. Well, lodged is an understatement. He had to pull her out finally using quite a bit of force. I called the emergency number and did not get an answer. I sent an email and was told in response to call the numbers when we would be at the house. I did and was told that they could send a maintenance request. I explained again and asked for a member of management and was instead told to send another email. I asked them to have management call me back. I was then told that they would send and email requesting a call, but that they would not call me. We are now home and have still not received any response. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! I have rented other places from VRBO and never had ANY of these issues. However I will never stay with Executives Villas again.

Dirty, and management does not get back to you

The house was nice, but not clean at all. We paid to heat the pool and hot tub but the hot tub was not hot at all, cooler than the pool water. We called when we arrived and never got a call back.. The house was dirty, the bathrooms were not clean at all. The dryer didn’t dry, it was so full of lint we had to vacuum it out just to get our clothes dried. The ice machine in the fridge didn’t work. They told us the house did not come with a grill so we had to rent that. They brought us a grill that didn’t even work. Also told us the house didn’t come with strollers, high chair, pack n plays, so we rented all of that as well, and the house did come with it so we paid to rent it for no reason. Every time we tried calling or emailing management about another issue, we did not hear anything back, until the day before we were supposed to leave and they just asked why we hadn’t emailed or called sooner, but we did the day we checked in. They house was in a good location and the amenities where great.

Great location

We were very excited to rent this property. The house is huge. We were a group of 3 families; 6 adults and 8 kids. There were plenty of extra beds. The kids loved the pool and the game room. There was some wear and tear to the game room chairs and other areas of the house. The pool was cloudy the second day but I called management and someone came out within the hour. Whenever we had a question or issue, I had no trouble getting in contact with someone at the office. The location is great. It is close to every store you will need. And not too far from Disney or Universal either. The clubhouse pool was also great. The front room where we stayed was very hot. The AC didn’t seem to work in this room. The sliding door was also broken upon arrival but someone came out right away. The sheets should be replaced but there was plenty of towels for everyone. Overall a good stay but I probably wouldn’t rent again.

Great location/club & pool facility but poorly maintained

The photos on VRBO are misleading. The game room had 3 of 6 movie loungers with severely torn seat cushions. Both game consoles were not working and the gaming chairs were broken. Hockey table and tv worked great though. Air return vents were FILTHY with black dust. Three bedroom light/fans were same brand AND SAME FREQUENCY in remotes so use of one affected lights or fans in the other rooms. The remotes all had missing battery covers. Refrigerator wasn’t cooling or freezing when we arrived but was repaired on day 2. We stayed 7 nights. Great location but upkeep is a big issue.

Definitely One for the Record

The property was everything as described in the ad. It was beautiful. We only had one problem. We couldn't reach anyone for extra towels or any questions. Other than that we loved the house and we would definitely rent this location again. Everyone had a ball!!!

Very nice house in nice neighborhood

Aside from the roaches in the kitchen, broken knobs, rips in game room chairs , and the dirty pool.... it was a pretty cool stay. Bed sheets and blankets need to be replaced. ASAP.

Spacious and close to everything in Orlando but overcrowded neighborhood

The home is beautiful, large and in a prime location in Orlando. The downfall is the size of the community. Too many properties crammed together with a resort area not big enough to accommodate. The neighbors are extremely close and it seems that we went during party week because that’s all we heard every night. But, that’s not the fault of the owner. The Fable St entrance gate didn’t work all week even though the guard at the main gate was notified numerous times. The home,itself, has some wear and tear to it and the cleaning crew doesn’t clean it well enough for the next renters. Make sure you bring all toiletries including toilet paper as it is not provided. Also, no starter packs of dish soap, hand soap or paper towels provided. Read the fine print! There is a hot tub but you have to pay extra each day for it. Also, if you a grill or pack and play they are extra charges as well. We had an insect problem in the kitchen and an email was sent to Executive Villas due to no one ever answering the phone at the local management service. An exterminator was sent twice and yet there were still bugs in the kitchen. Just make sure to read the property information closely and get everything in writing before you pay!

Amazing Vacation rental

The property was spectacular!!! The photos are the rental not just a showcase. The house was fully equipped. The location is perfect, close to all of the parks and near the outlet mall!

Great location, needs a deep cleaning!

Photos make it look immaculate, but it's been well used and partied in and is in need of a deep cleaning. Lots of dirty walls and some dings, carpet has lots of wear, toilets and showers were only wiped down and we ended up cleaning them. I revacuumed the entire house and vacuumed around all the edges since there was dust collecting. Dryer vent wasn't attached and the previous party just let it run and collect lint all over the wall (fire hazard!). We reattached the vent. The AC was not working when we first got there, but maintenance quickly came and replaced the thermostat. It was good after that. Location is fabulous, size was great. Loved the shared amenities. No working batteries in a lot of the remotes to the TV and some of the remotes to rooms for turning on the fan/light. We had to buy batteries. They need to label the remotes so you know what room they go in...it was a nightmare to figure it out after our kids touched the remotes. Xbox needs a new controller (they should get two so two kids can play at the same time!!). The game room was nice to have. Kids loved playing in it at night after being out all day at the parks. It would be nice to have all the info you might need printed, laminated, and hung up in the pantry or somewhere you can reference...stuff like wifi password, number for maintenance, etc. We enjoyed our stay very much! Just wished it was a little cleaner.

Fun in paradise

Wonderful home!!!! Filled with plenty of towels and fully stocked kitchen. Pool was perfect for relaxing and cooling down. Pictures represent to house accurately.
