- The property features stairs; the bathroom is located downstairs, with bedrooms upstairs.

- Due to the central location of the property, there is potential for city and traffic noise.

- A $50 fee will be charged if guests fail to check out by the agreed time, with an additional charge for every 15 minutes thereafter.

- Please be advised that there are currently no free-to-air TV channels available on the television.
