Unfortunately, this guest was evicted mid-stay for hosting a large unauthorized party which is a clear violation of our house rules and occupancy limits. The situation escalated to the point where police were called and arrests were made due to illegal activity, including underage drinking, drug paraphernalia, and illegal firearms found on-site. For the safety of our neighbors, future guests, and the integrity of our property, we enforced our zero-tolerance policy and did not issue a refund. This review appears to be retaliatory in nature. We take great pride in the accuracy of our listing, and the home remains exactly as described. We’ve even added a triple twin bunk in the game room to increase sleeping options beyond what’s listed. I’m happy to video chat with any future guest who would like to verify the condition of the home. We welcome respectful guests who follow the rules and treat our property with care.
