Wonderful home

This place was a wonderful stay. It had everything we needed. The highlights were that I got to lay in the hammock, my bed was more than comfortable and I got footage of the lake. Host was very responsive to any texts. The only suggestion I have, is that the cleaning could be tighter. A lot of spider webs inside the house and outside on the patios. My family member would not sleep in the basement because they are really afraid of spiders. Some other places were missed but it wasnā€™t overwhelming where I couldnā€™t enjoy my vacation. The bed sheets were clean and so were the bathrooms which I loved! Both kitchens were really clean and easy to find things. Pretty much, everything was perfect. My family member left something at the property and the host mailed it to them immediately! That was greatly appreciated. Would definitely come back!

Veterans fishing adventures

Very clean and nice location on the lake and really nice and friendly neighbors and an out standing host . He checked on us to make we had what we needed and even personally met us one on one whick was really nice to be able to put a face with the person instead of on the phone

Great Lake Norman Vacation

We had such a lovely time spending the week with extended family at Chadā€™s lake home. It was a wonderful house, lots of room, super clean and well stocked. Chad was so easy to work with and responded immediately to any communications. You can tell that he wants you to enjoy spending time at his house. We rented a pontoon boat during our week and thoroughly enjoyed tubing, exploring and swimming in Lake Norman. We also had fun paddling around in the homeā€™s two kayaks. The house is in a very quiet area but accessible to grocery stores and restaurants within 10-25 minutes. Couldnā€™t recommend this vacation house more highly! Would give 10 stars if I could!

Spacious and Comfortable

My family and I had a great stay at this spacious and comfortable lake house. We enjoyed the dock and the kayaks that were provided. The house has spacious living areas and bedrooms, was stocked with cooking supplies and dishes, and is tucked in a nice quiet cove on the lake. The beds were very comfortable and the house has been very nicely renovated. There were also toys for our kids which was a very nice and thoughtful touch.

This house was perfect, located in very quite cove on the lake. We got to actually meet the owners when we arrived, they were very nice and wanted to make sure our needs were met. We get together once a year to meet other family members and the space was great. Will definitely keep it on our list for our get togethers.

Perfect place on the water!

We had the best time at this beautiful home which appears recently renovated and very clean. It has everything you need for a gathering of family or friends and a nice relaxing time on the water. It's a great quiet cove, too, and our kids loved jumping and swimming off the dock every day.

YOU WANT TO BE HERE.

I couldnā€™t say more about my families experience and time and this home and thatā€™s what it felt like a home. First thing, the host was so easy to communicate with and accommodating. Chad was the first best thing about out stay. Secondly the home had everything we needed, it was spacious, clean, instructions to things we needed to know were clearā€¦.the ping table and the hammock were a hit with the kids. Last but no least the outside, backyard and the lake. It was a raining Fri-Sat over the wkend but the one day the sun broke thru meant everything. That Sunday was also my late moms birthday, so to be short the beautiful peace and tranquility was priceless. Everyone enjoyed the lake, the views, the activities(kayaking) it was a beautiful way to be close to the family I love in a way my mother would be proud. Me and my family absolutely adored the home you allowed us to be at home for this weekend. Thank You

Wonderful weekend on the Lake!

This is a gorgeous, well appointed lake house with exquisite views of Lake Norman from all floors. The owners deeply care about their second home and we can see why. The house from the interior bathrooms, kitchen and living areas to the lawns are well kept with laundry on two levels for convenience. Chad the owner is also very attentive to his guests needs and was so very kind to search for a precious item that our Mima had left behind and send it to us straight away! Our only regret was that we were so busy with family activities that we did not have enough time to take in the beauty and relaxation of this sweet home. If you are smart you will get out on the lake in a kayak, fish off the dock and enjoy the fire pit with views of the lake. Only wish we had more time here. My brother in law who does vlogs of their global travels even incorporated it into his YouTube video on Charlotte under Travel with NJ Steve. Check it out if you want to see the house and get a chuckle.

Wonderful Stay

This property has it all. Communication with the owner was outstanding. Chad always made sure we had everything we needed and made sure of that. The propery is beautiful and our kids loved it. The view of the lake was perfect. We even were able to take the 2 available kayaks out on the lake several times. The firepit was perfect as we loved the chairs available to use. Super clean, 2 big kitchens, and was perfect for our Thanksgiving celebration with 10 people. Wondeful stay and will definately return in the future.

A great place for family to gather by the lake

We loved staying at Chadā€™s property! The house was very clean, had tons of space and great amenities. The fire pit and outdoor seating area were nice to have for cold nights. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Property

The property was is in an area that provides easy access from land or water. Very nice dock that could accommodate our pontoon. The house was updated and spacious. The owner communicated with us and we had no problems.
