About this Space:
Thank you for considering our Villas de Laguna at 5100 Laguna Blvd. These brand new side-by-side townhomes feature 2 private levels, with a ground floor living room, fully equipped kitchen, half bath, Master Bedroom with en suite full bath & walk in shower.
As there are just 4 brand all new townhomes here, you can expect white quartz counters, stainless appliances, as well a completely open concept kitchen & living room with massive 75” Smart TV & sectional couch to enjoy movies or a football game after a long day at the beach.
All furniture is brand new. There is also a smart TV in the master bedroom as well as upstairs in the kids bunkroom.
The complex includes 2 off street parking spaces, located directly across the street from the bay & a boat ramp, seasonally heated small pool private to this complex, and a small space in front of your townhome for a small BBQ grill (please bring). If you want to go to the beach, it is less than 2 blocks away from a public beach access point, yet affords you the quiet life bayside.
We do allow up to 10 people to stay however, understand a baby or infant is a person, so it is 10 beating hearts in this head count.
We do care to describe the bedding ?
The master bedroom has a king sized bed, while the 2nd bedroom upstairs has two full beds, and the 3rd bedroom we call the kids bunkroom with 2 built in heavy duty bunk beds each bed is a queen in size. This bunkroom each bunk bed is suitable up to 400 lbs so adults may use.
You will find we carefully constructed these so that the two bedrooms are “jack and jill” with the very large full bathroom upstairs meaning you do not need to use a hallway to enter the bathroom. This townhome features excellent tankless water heating system for joyous hot showers in the two walk in shower bathrooms. We also have a full sized stackable washer & dryer upstairs in the hallway area.
The pool area is fenced and private, and the pool is heated to 88* November 1 to April 1.
We find the two levels offer legit privacy when you have multiple couples or family staying while anyone with a physical impairment can easily have the kitchen, living room, and master bedroom & bathroom on the ground floor. The half bath off the living is perfect if a guest or two wants to use the provided airbed or couch for extra sleeping space.
We do provide coffee, creamer, and sweetener + decaf + tea - as well as a starter pack of hand soaps, dish soap, trash bags, 1 roll of paper towels new and starters of toilet paper, non stick cooking spray as well as Salt & Pepper - though not unlimited and not replenished. All towels and linens are also provided - crisp white.
Please note this kitchen though fully equipped and stocked with all pots pans dishes etc is not massive nor does it have a dishwasher therefore dishes have to be manually done, It does have full sized washer & dryer upstairs
Walk to several bars & restaurants including the Coral Reef (best late night bar on the Island), Kellys Irish Pub (serves food super late), Big Donkey Mexican Cantina, and of course the famous Blackbeards Restaurant for seafood & drinks. You can fish at the end of the street (Polaris) by the way) from shore!
While it is not a massive three bedroom private home, you will not find this level of quality that accommodates 10 people at this price. We do allow up to 2 pets, though the property has rules with this – please carefully read all house rules prior to booking prior to booking if you have pets. The occupancy is a strict maximum of 10 as well as max free parking for two vehicles (golf cart included) though there is pretty ample street parking nearby.

While we have the best available Internet/wifi from spectrum they are the only provider on the island and up time and coverage can be spotty at times we want you to be aware of that
If you can't find the network name SouthPadreTrips it's usually means we had a power outage and when the power comes back on It typically defaults the router to the factory network name and password, which is located on a sticker on top of the router.
Generally, if you reboot the router by unplugging it for a few minutes and plugging it back in it will pop up
The kitchen is fully equipped ready to go. I have a blender, all utensils, etc.
